The apartment is located very well, especially for guests with a dog. Just cross the street, and you are directly in the huge forest. For people with mobility issues and older individuals, the steps in the apartment can be a bit challenging. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

The apartment is well equipped. We were there with 3 adults, 1 baby, and 2 dogs and felt no sense of crowding. The complex is very nice. The pool was always clean (unfortunately it was too cool for swimming). Next time we would like to be a bit closer to the sea.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. This is especially true for the living area with the hallway/dining. If there is anything critical to note, then - the dining area is not optimal for more than 2 people. - for those with physical limitations, the steps from the hallway to the 3 areas of living, sleeping, and bathroom could be problematic. (From the photos and the apartment description, this is not clearly recognizable in our opinion). Yes, we would recommend this apartment to our friends!

We (couple with dog) felt very comfortable in the holiday apartment. It is cozy and practically furnished. The courtyard is pretty and surely a nice meeting point in summer. We were able to store our bicycles. The forest is very close, ideal for dogs. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the beach. We would love to come back.

We have a small complaint: Since we were in the apartment with a dog, the vacuum cleaner there is too small to properly suck up dog hair from the carpet, but otherwise top apartment!

The apartment is well-furnished for its size and purpose. In the small kitchen, simple meals can be prepared. We always went out to eat. It takes about a good 20 minutes on foot to get to the beach. The apartment includes a parking space directly in front of the entrance gate to the complex. Otherwise, parking spaces in Kühlungsborn cost 2 euros per hour.

A very cozy and lovingly furnished holiday apartment with good amenities. However, the apartment is very noisy, as described by other guests. Overall, we had a very nice stay there. The two small bicycles available are also very helpful for getting to the beach/promenade quickly. It definitely takes longer on foot. Those who struggle with back problems should move to the sofa for sleeping, as the bed is very soft. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would also come back again if the opportunity arises.

The performance description of the apartment is accurate 1:1, condition as desired, bathroom etc. clean***, the mattress in the bedroom is unfortunately unusually soft, over time the many steps between all levels are a bit bothersome, but we were overall very satisfied. The vacation apartment is quite noisy, but we only had "neighbors" for a very short time. Conclusion: we would do it again :-)

Ideal for a couple with a dog, as the city forest is only a "stone's throw" away. The facility is ideal for dogs, as it is a gated area. The apartment is not suitable for people with limited mobility, as there are different heights with steps in the apartment, furnished with "Ikea."

We'll be happy to come back! We felt very comfortable and were surprised by the nearly new condition of the appliances. Be careful!! Parking with a bike rack/E-bikes is 'tight', as there is a road leading directly to it... despite the dead-end sign, there was quite a lot of traffic.

Beautiful little vacation apartment, well-equipped with attention to detail. Photos in the listings match the apartment well. We were there with bicycles and a dog. The path to the beach/promenade/shopping street can be reached through the woods or by crossing the road. You should plan on about 20 minutes on foot. The nearest supermarket (Penny) is about 800 m away. Everything else was clean and okay. P.S. The shower head was leaking, and after a call, it was promptly replaced. Here an additional "thumbs up."

The holiday resort is very nicely located and the apartment is well furnished. Everything is clean and not worn out. However, the beds are very soft and therefore not very comfortable. Unfortunately, the existing table tennis table was in very poor condition; a new one would be appropriate. The pool was great. It would be nice if the bread service were offered again, but it is not far to the bakery either. We were at this facility for the second time and would book again, as it is also very centrally located. Whether Kühlungsborn East or West, you can get there by bike in 10 minutes.
