The apartment is great, modernly furnished, and has a nice terrace. We felt very comfortable there. By bike, you can reach the city and the beach in five minutes. We would rent the apartment again immediately.

Our apartment 01 with terrace, parking space, and bicycle rack. The building is relatively new and consists of 4 units, of which probably one is a privately owned apartment (not inhabited). 2 units on the ground floor with terrace, 2 units on the upper floor with balcony. There is a development with green space and barbecue area in the rear. The apartment can be recommended if you are not disturbed by the "Molli," which passes by approximately every 40 minutes at a distance of 30 meters from the back of the property (where the terraces and barbecue area are located). Depending on the wind direction, the emissions from the train can be disturbing at times, but it is also nostalgic and ultimately nice to look at. You are also out and about more than in the apartment. The location is otherwise very quiet. The infrastructure with bakeries, supermarkets, etc., is lacking; the nearest option is a Penny supermarket, which is quite a walk away. The city forest is practically accessible across the street, and from there, the pier, promenade, etc., can be reached on foot in about. 30 - 40 min. reached. Conclusion: The apartment is good, but it is on the periphery of the place. Those who are fit on foot are right here; bicycles are also a good idea, as the city forest can be accessed, and it might be worth considering a small food supply. M. and J. B‘holm/S.-H.
