I have been in this wonderful apartment several times because it is simply ideal for a comfortable winter holiday by the sea. It is equipped with everything a modern heart desires, tastefully and cozily furnished, and ideally located for long walks along the Baltic Sea. The rental formalities are handled very uncomplicatedly and friendly; one feels welcome in every way.

We were able to spend wonderful vacation days in the 5* holiday apartment. We especially liked the different mattress strengths. The landlord took great care of us, and the booking and key handovers were smooth. Our conclusion: We will definitely come back. During our stay, we did not hear any construction noise or anything similar.

We felt very comfortable as a couple in the FW, great equipment, everything in perfect order and very clean. The location was also good, short walk to the sea and the apartment sunny. The road runs right past the house, there was already a lot of traffic, although it was already the off-season, and the associated parking space is on the other street behind the next house. However, you can always drive to the front door for loading and unloading, etc. One should perhaps know this, but one can adapt well to the circumstances.

The holiday apartment is very tastefully furnished and equipped with love, so you feel comfortable right away. It is not far to the beach. A small shop to buy rolls is directly across the street. There is an elevator in the building. Unfortunately, a bike room was not included in the planning. So they can only be locked up in front of the house. The parking lot is about 50 m away. However, loading and unloading is possible in front of the house. The Wi-Fi did not work, but it did not bother us. We would book this FW again.

Very cozy, tip-top clean. Perfect amenities with many useful little things. The south-west balcony is sufficient in winter. Short walk to the beach. Highly recommended!

Despite booking at short notice, everything worked out perfectly. Starting with the friendly welcome by the agency staff, the really clean apartment, the quiet residential complex, and the very good amenities of the holiday apartment. The apartment matched the description and the photos exactly. We also found the price-performance ratio to be good. This was a holiday (even if only for 3 days) where everything was just right, and there was absolutely nothing to complain about.

The road goes right past the house, so there was a lot of traffic, even though it was already low season, and the parking space is on the other road behind the next house. A very nice flat close to the beach. The balcony was sunny almost the whole day. Everything very nice and clean. The only small minus point. You look from the balcony onto a car park.

Actually, we are "hotel holidaymakers". Due to the Corona pandemic, we decided on a holiday flat and were not disappointed. The location of the flat in Börgerende is very close to the beach and also a bakery, bicycle rental and restaurants are within walking distance. We felt very comfortable in the flat. It is well equipped and in very good condition. The location of the balcony is worth mentioning, here we could sit until the evening and enjoy the sun. Börgerende is the ideal starting point for excursions to the surrounding area, such as Kühlungsborn, Rostock, Warnemünde, etc.
