The well-designed apartment is very central, restaurants and shopping opportunities are within a few minutes' walk. The best feature is the large (north) balcony with a wonderful sea view. Other positive aspects include the ground-level shower with a large showerhead, washing machine and iron in the basement, modern technology (e.g., free Wi-Fi), and the gas fireplace for colder days. We would have liked another cooking pot (only one was available). A clothes drying rack for the balcony would also be desirable (one could use the existing wind in an environmentally friendly way). Overall, we were very satisfied and will definitely come back!

For the number of two guests, the kitchen is ideal in terms of size and very well equipped. In general, the apartment is stylishly furnished and conveys a certain exclusivity to the holidaymaker. The view of the water / Baltic Sea is unique .. highly recommended.

Parking situation with the assigned parking space across from the hotel completely unacceptable. The parking space was constantly occupied by foreign vehicles. However, in our case, it was quickly and easily resolved with the parking space directly at the villa.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent - the furnishings of the apartment as well. Since the apartment is on the first floor, you have a wonderful view of the sea from the large balcony. Of course, you can also enjoy this great view from the living room, the cozy dining area, or directly from the bed. In the evenings, the fireplace created a pleasant, cozy warmth. + Location + View + Amenities + Parking space nearby + Few steps to the sea + Very nice caretaker + Cleanliness + Nice and uncomplicated key handover - no storage option for bicycles in the house - Since we could not determine if the coffee machine had been cleaned, we did not use it as a precaution.

The location of the apartment is optimal, with an excellent sea view. However, the balcony is neglected, and the parking problem seems only to be superficially resolved. There are no parking spaces for loading and unloading; one has to expect a fine from the regulatory office (costs: 55 euros per warning).

Despite my very good rating, I am deducting one star in the overall rating due to the parking situation. We were assigned a good parking spot on Poststrasse, which was fine. However, it was unfortunately a bit far from the house, and we had to bring luggage for two weeks to the apartment, as parking in front of the house was not allowed. This would prevent me from renting the apartment again.

We inhabited this apartment for the second time and are delighted with the balcony and its view. Unfortunately, the solution with the public parking is still unsatisfactory, as loading and unloading directly at the villa is hardly possible. The furnishings are very tasteful and comfortable.

We have now been to the apartment "Parsival" for the third time, and we liked it very much again. The cool outdoor temperature in April was effortlessly balanced by the cozy gas fireplace. The location of the apartment, the view of the Baltic Sea from the balcony, the kitchen amenities, and free Wi-Fi are just a few points that characterize the apartment. You can immediately feel comfortable and relax well. Unfortunately, one downside is still the unsatisfactory parking situation. A parking space can be used on another hotel property, but loading and unloading is cumbersome because it is not directly at the building. We hope for the underground parking space next year!
