We were completely thrilled with the tasteful furnishings. Everything you need was in the apartment. The proximity to the beach was of course great. This vacation was perfect for unwinding. Someone who needs a bit of hustle and bustle in the evenings is in the wrong place. We will definitely not be there for the last time.

We were very satisfied with apartment 25. The only thing that bothered me was that there was initially no privacy screen. Since the apartment is in the middle, I wanted to have this and went to the office to ask for it. By noon after the beach visit, it was installed. The ladies at Sea-FUN are exceptional!!!! Thank you very much for this. We would love to come back.

The apartment and furnishings pleased us extraordinarily well. This house is wonderfully located in a (thankfully) unspoiled area of nature, forest, water, and beach. Heiligendamm and Linden-Palais go well together. We had very nice days and will definitely come back.

The apartment is very nice, it is modernly furnished and completely tiled in wood look. The terrace faces south. There is a small oven (which we did not use) and a freezer. The bed is quite soft, which we are not really used to, but we were still able to sleep well in it. (Maybe it's some special health mattress...) All the furniture that is used a lot (sofa, dining table, bed) is comfortable, stable, and cozy. I would have liked to have a few more cups and glasses, but for two people with a dishwasher, it's manageable. (Plates and cutlery are sufficiently available.) All in all, we liked it very much; the location so close to the sea is great, the underground parking space is extremely convenient since you can only park with a parking permit everywhere, the terrace is a pleasant luxury, and we would always prefer the location facing the back to the sea view, as you have sun and peace. The café directly downstairs in the building offers rolls in the morning by pre-order, and you can also take a milk coffee up with you. We had a nice holiday.

The proximity to the beach for swimming in the morning is very practical. Nice apartment with tasteful furniture. Absolutely quiet in the building, we didn't even hear the elevator, even though our apartment was next to it.

A very beautiful and high-quality furnished apartment. All necessary and useful things were available. Cleanliness and quality leave nothing to be desired. The underground garage is ideal, as otherwise, you won't find a parking space near the beach. The balcony on the wind-protected south side was very usable.

Very nice apartment, quietly located to the backyard. Underground parking and elevator directly to the apartment and just 2 minutes to the beach. The surroundings are very upscale and great for various excursions. Remember to bring tissues, hand soap, and shower gel. Kettle, coffee machine (capsule and filter machine), toaster, oven, and cooktop available.

We have now been in the Linden Palace for the fifth year. It is always beautiful there. The apartment is well-equipped, however, the couch is really only suitable for small people or children to sleep on. We would happily return!

We felt very comfortable again. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the balcony because a pair of wagtails was feeding their young there. The nest was in the flower pot. However, it was nice to watch them. They are very shy, though. Instead of the balcony, we rented a beach chair for the week. The beach is quite close, just about 250 meters away. The apartment is, as I already noted last time (2020), well-equipped.

We really enjoyed it. We have only one point of criticism, which is why we give only three stars for the furnishings. The apartment is sufficient for two people. However, we did not find the sofa in the living and dining room to be a suitable sleeping place for our granddaughter. Or did we overlook something?

We were at the Lindenpalais for the second time and again fully satisfied. A great apartment with excellent amenities in the best location and exceptionally nice staff. For our next Baltic Sea vacation, there will only be one of these apartments for us again. Our two adult daughters with their families were also thrilled!
