Breakfast on the balcony with the morning sun and live sunset experience - in high summer (June - August). Otherwise, of course, still a dream location in immediate proximity to the beach.

We were in this apartment for the 2nd time and would book it again. It is located right on the promenade with beach access and a great view of the Baltic Sea from the balcony. The amenities are very good and the apartment is very cozy.

We chose the apartment because of the wonderful location right by the Baltic Sea. It has everything you need, and the apartment is nicely furnished. We didn't use the TV, but for those who care: it is really tiny by today's standards. Wi-Fi should also be a given. Overall, though, the apartment is really great.

Wi-Fi was missed, so working with the notebook was not possible. The telephone network was very poor, so there was no alternative. We would be willing to accept a small price increase for this. It would be nice if there were pleated shades on the entrance door. We were very satisfied with the apartment nonetheless.

A beautiful vacation apartment, great location ... everything was perfect. We want to come back!!! A small drying rack for drying swimwear and towels was missing ... it would be desirable. Due to the very nice weather, we were able to enjoy the vacation to the fullest.

The location of the apartment is unbeatable, direct view of the sea - dreamy. Everything is available that makes a vacation in a holiday apartment pleasant. Short distances to the beach, bakery, or other shopping options make it appealing as well. We felt very comfortable.

Seaside View 323 is a cozy and lovingly furnished holiday apartment for two people, where we have already spent our second vacation. From the north-facing balcony, there is a direct sea view, which is incredibly relaxing and makes the television unnecessary. The open kitchen offers everything you need to prepare a snack. In the bathroom with a shower, there is plenty of space to move around; an additional stool or seat. A small shelf for placing utensils would be nice, but that's a matter of opinion. The bedroom serves its purpose. The wardrobe has enough storage space (and there are 15 hangers available). The bed, with a width of 1.80 m, is okay for two people. The windows face the atrium, which is not so great, but one has to accept that. We felt very comfortable during our 10-day stay and have already booked again for 2024.

Great location with a view of the sea and direct access to the beach. As a small note, it would be nice to have more comfortable chairs on the balcony. With this great view, one would like to sit there longer. Additionally, a drying rack would be very desirable. Well, we probably don’t need to talk about the Wi-Fi and telephone connection, which is still a disaster, but that doesn’t directly concern the room. Otherwise, the room is absolutely recommendable. And Kühlungsborn is a great place anyway. Always happy to go back anytime.

The accommodation was very nice and the view was of course fantastic. Being woken up every morning by the sound of the waves is not something you find everywhere. The location is great and the entire house is very beautiful and well-maintained. Highly recommended. The processing also worked excellently. We have already booked through Meerfun for the second time and it won’t be the last time.
