The apartment was well equipped. Unfortunately, there were no cushions for the chairs on the balcony. However, one could sit well in the standing basket, which was on the balcony. The check-in and check-out were quick and unproblematic!

I really enjoy being in this apartment. The location and the view of the Baltic Sea are fantastic. Unfortunately, the cushion covers for the terrace furniture are missing, even though a storage box is available? Also, at least for the day of arrival, 1-2 coffee filters are unfortunately missing. Unfortunately, the clothespins were also missing. One garbage bag was also eliminated from the welcome box, which is a shame. For this, there are dishwasher pads inside that are not needed; I will probably return them to your staff next time. Thank you for the quick exchange of the defective coffee machine!!! I felt comfortable, and I didn't necessarily need the missing "little things" for my vacation.

We decided on apartment number 34 because the view of the water is so great, plus we have our own beach chair on the balcony. Simply wonderful. For 2 people, the size of the apartment (only one room) is also sufficient.

Two years ago, we had already spent a short vacation in one of your holiday apartments and we like to return here because of the good location. Although we were in a different house this time, in a different apartment, we still felt comfortable. However, what bothered us was that in the future, please ensure that cushions for the use of balcony furniture are available, especially since a chest was provided for that purpose. On the other hand, it would be appropriate, at least when new holiday guests arrive, to clean not only the apartment but also the balcony from the greatest dirt (bird droppings, window sills, and railings). We noticed the same deficiency two years ago. We do not believe that you expect your holiday guests to do this themselves upon their arrival. Otherwise, we had a lovely time and will certainly not be here for the last time.

Overall, we really like the apartment and we have always been satisfied guests. Areas for improvement from our perspective: 1. The couch is very small - an adult cannot lie down comfortably 2. The TV is very small for the distance to the couch 3. Seat cushions for the balcony furniture would be nice Why do you have to pay a booking fee for online reservations?

We like to go to this holiday apartment. When we arrive, we are welcomed by a nice Nordic team. The apartment has everything needed for daily life. It is very cozily furnished and the inventory has also been renewed. Outside, we look forward to the beach chair, which can always be moved to follow the sun. We will definitely come back soon.

The view of the sea is wonderful, the view into the bathroom is the opposite. The fold-down bed is very comfortable with good mattresses. The bathroom has the charm of a long-gone era - it feels very clinical. The "shower cubicle" with the Trinity door should leave the apartment (doors are very difficult to close). More shelf space would be helpful.

The missing dishwasher gets no plus point. Cracked tile in front of the stove. But the wraparound balcony is great!

My little son and I took a short vacation for his birthday. He loves Boltenhagen. It was once again very nice and relaxing. The small 1-room holiday apartment is completely sufficient for a short trip for two. The furnishings are clean and adequate. The best part was, among other things, the view of the sea. We have been to Boltenhagen very often, and most of the time we had a dog with us. The location of the apartment is wonderful, and we will keep coming back here - provided that dogs are still allowed in the apartment.... However, what I would wish for are 2 lounge chairs, which were available in the first years.....

Our rating is 4. An excellent apartment with an invaluable view of the Baltic Sea. A great surrounding balcony. This is where our criticism begins. A beach chair is available. Unfortunately, there are only 2 rickety plastic chairs and an equally wobbly plastic table. No sun loungers or similar. A sun umbrella is also missing. During our last stay 5 years ago, the aforementioned equipment was available.

Hello, we had a few great days in Boltenhagen and the surrounding area. In the cozy apartment, we felt at home right away. Beach (2 min), shopping options, bike rental nearby. Everything was great!! PS: Many greetings to Ms. Engels from the reception. We were received very kindly!

Everything was there that one needed. Unfortunately, a hairdryer was missing. An elevator would have been nice as well. Shopping options were a bit too far away. The TV in the corner behind the door is very impractical.

We parked the car in the underground garage, went into the apartment with the suitcases, and immediately enjoyed a great view from the super balcony. We felt very comfortable, and we didn’t miss anything. We would love to come back.

Beautiful small penthouse apartment, modern and stylishly equipped with a great view of the Baltic Sea, 50 meters from the beach, with a corresponding rooftop terrace and beach chair – definitely a dream in summer. Town center, restaurants, and shopping center within walking distance. Parking in the basement garage. Everything is simply perfect! Unfortunately, the local gastronomy seems completely overwhelmed due to the many vacation rentals, so make reservations in advance or self-cater! For the latter, the apartment's kitchen is well-equipped.

Super apartment. Great service at the reception. However, the price of the apartment is also high, especially if you hardly use it and just lie on the beach. That's why you go to Boltenhagen. For a longer stay, 160,--€/night would be too expensive.

One arrives in the apartment and looks out at the Baltic Sea. The beach is reached immediately, and it is also just a few minutes' walk to the town center - spa center. The apartment, a large room with a small entrance hall and bathroom, is thoughtfully furnished. I definitely want to go back there.

The apartment 34 is super and equipped to a high standard. Everything is available that the heart desires. The location is excellent. From the beach chair, you have a great view of the Baltic Sea. In less than 5 minutes on foot, you are at the beach, and in 10 minutes you can reach the pier or the spa park with its dining options. We can absolutely recommend the apartment.

We have been spending our vacation days in Boltenhagen for many years now. We always enjoy it very much. Even in this difficult time, everything went smoothly, and we were able to enjoy our time carefree. Our holiday apartment was completely renovated and redecorated in the spring, including new balcony furniture. Two things are not optimally resolved from our perspective: 1. Instead of the two armchairs, a couch would be the better alternative to avoid having to lie down in bed during the day. 2. Unfortunately, only heavy curtains have been hung, which darken the apartment. Light curtains are missing for the day, as both the neighbors and vacationers from house 1 can look into the apartment. There is a lack of privacy.
