Beautifully furnished apartment. A bit hard to find on the first visit. Everything you need is there. Good location, beach and promenade within 10 minutes on foot, shopping opportunity 2 minutes around the corner. Parking space for car available, electric exterior shutters, microwave, toaster, hairdryer...everything is there. Staff at the Nordic office very nice and friendly, all in all a very pleasant stay.

We were in Boltenhagen two years ago in a similarly built neighboring apartment. We knew what to expect, and we liked it very much, just like two years ago. We traveled with a child (9 years old) and a dog. The apartment is not far from the beach/dog beach, very good location. It was nice that a cart was available in the shed. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary; we lacked almost nothing, only a washing machine would have been nice.

Our vacation apartment was Malaga 07 in Kastanienallee. We were lucky that upon arrival our apartment was already free, so we could move in before 4 PM. However, the map provided by the office was misleading (it looked like Malaga was right next to the office), and we had to search and ask again. Once we found it, everything was fine. Nicely and functionally furnished. For my taste, there was a bit too much knick-knack around, but that's just our personal taste. In the kitchen, we lacked nothing; egg cooker, kettle, coffee machine, etc., everything was there and in order. The only thing we couldn't find was a washing machine. However, there was a small grill in the shed that we happily used. The location is good. A supermarket and bakery are just down the street, and around the corner is the sea with a dog beach. Perfect for us. Restaurants and souvenir shops are also within walking distance.

Unfortunately, there is no privacy screen to the street in the living room, e.g. curtain or pleated blind.

We felt comfortable right away. Everything needed for daily life was there. The apartment is cozily furnished. Whether bakery, supermarket, sea, beach, and restaurants, everything is nearby. We were completely satisfied and had a good rest.

Hello dear Nordic Rental, We had a relaxing holiday in the apartment Malaga07. The location of the apartment is optimal, the path to the beach is not far and the shopping options are also nearby. The apartment itself is equipped with everything needed. The bathroom is also very nice in size. We only missed a washing machine here. The living-dining area is okay. The couch is a bit small and uncomfortable for occupancy with more than 2 people. The outdoor area with terrace and green strip is very nice. The proximity to neighbors did not bother us. We made very nice acquaintances. However, a better sunshade would be appropriate here. It is also worth mentioning the lockable shed for bicycles. Our smaller concerns were addressed promptly. Very beautiful, lovingly furnished apartment. You feel at home right away. The layout is also well chosen, and the selection of books and children's games was excellent and was immediately embraced by our kids. The mosquito screens in the bedrooms were very advantageous, as there were quite a few mosquitoes around. In summary, a charming apartment with a small, cozy terrace, and everything is not far from the beach. We will come back.
