Description
The flat consists of two bedrooms with double beds, a living and dining room with sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bath/shower tub. The flat has a balcony with outdoor seating. A children's travel cot and high chair can be provided on request. The flat is ideal for four people, but a comfortable sofa bed means that six adults can also stay overnight. The flat is a non-smoking flat.

Our holiday flat is located directly on Xanten's Südsee and only a few minutes' walk from Lütting harbour and the Plaza del Mar. Gastronomy, shopping facilities (bakery and supermarket) and the Xanten Kurpark are only a few minutes away on foot or by bike.

Our holiday flats are located on the first floor of an old farmhouse, which is now home to an antique shop. The farm previously served as a village pub for decades.
