The house is idyllically situated between Xanten's South Sea and North Sea, only a few metres from the Hanser cycle path along the Rhine in Xanten's most beautiful leisure area. Water ski facility approx. 200m away, adventure park (interesting high ropes course) approx. 200m , outdoor pool with beautiful sandy beach, a beach volleyball court, playgrounds in the middle of the greenery.

With the excursion boat Seestern you can sail the Xanten North and South Seas. With the bicycles provided, you can quickly reach the world-famous archaeological park with its Roman museum and amphitheatre or the Xanten city centre with its Gothic cathedral (foundation stone laid in 1263). There are several recommendable restaurants and cafés around the beautiful market square. Visit the Xanten spa park with its graduation works (saline) or use the Kneipp pool to tread water. You can also visit the Geld Museum (distance approx. 400m)

Very cute holiday home for family vacation
We felt very comfortable. There were four of us in total with two children (4 and 7). The house is well equipped, clean, and in a quiet location. However, there are plenty of things to do in the immediate surroundings. We will definitely not have been there for the last time. The Weiß family provided us with a lot of information and tips for activities and restaurants in advance. Thank you very much. We had a great time.

Pure relaxation.
"A gem in a great environment. Small but fine. Everything you need is there. Quiet and yet everything you need is quickly accessible. We were there with our dog for only 3 days but will definitely come back for longer. There is so much to see that cannot be achieved in a short time. Absolutely recommendable. 5 stars."

Simply Super!!! Five stars!!!
My wife and I had a short but very relaxing weekend in the accommodation. We have already rented many holiday homes but none of them was as cosily furnished as this one. The smallest details were lovingly decorated. A very quiet location not far from the Xanten North and South Seas. A beautiful little garden with barbecue. Simply everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The landlady Mrs. Weiß was very nice and available at all times. I can recommend it to everyone, and we will definitely book the holiday home again
