Description
Haus Mika is a semi-detached house with an enclosed garden. It is located in the Baltic Sea spa Dahme only about 300m from the beach. It offers space for 6 adults.
The rooms are spread over three floors:
Upstairs is the master bedroom with double bed, a children's room also with double bed and a toilet.
On the ground floor you will find the living room with seating set, armchair and SAT-TV, internet access via Lan and Wlan, the dining room as well as the separate kitchen with cooker and oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer.
In the basement is the bathroom with shower and bathtub and another toilet, which is separate from the bathroom.
The third bedroom is located in the annexe right next to the terrace. Here you will find a double bed, a wardrobe and a washbasin with hot and cold water. The annex also has an outside toilet. For showering, please use the bathroom in the house.
The garden, which is completely enclosed by a fence, offers a sun terrace with garden furniture and a large lawn with sunbeds, parasol and cushions.
New: Child-friendly design of the garden with trampoline, swing, slide and sandpit. Furthermore, a lockable storage room is available for your bicycles or sports equipment.

Location and surroundings of object
The Mika holiday home is in a central but quiet location in Dahme. The beach is only 300m away, as is the dog beach. Shopping facilities such as a bakery, butcher or grocery shop are also only about 500-600m away from the house. For bulk shopping, we recommend a short drive to our neighbouring village of Grube (approx. 3 km), where you will also find the Aldi and Edeka supermarkets. Dahme also has a petrol station, a pharmacy, a hairdresser and a drinks market, as well as bus stops to take you to the nearest railway station to Neustadt or Oldenburg. Dahme has been around since the 13th century. It started out as a small fishing village, which over the years has developed into a Baltic Sea spa. Dahme is located in Schleswig-Holstein in the Bay of Lübeck between the town of Grömitz and the island of Fehmarn. Year after year, about 1,200 inhabitants make every effort to ensure that you have a pleasant holiday by the sea.
In addition to the bathing beach, Dahme has a lot more to offer. Besides the nearby forest, you will also find a wonderful coastal landscape with natural dunes in the north or the romantic cliffs in the south of Dahme. Nudist beach, dog beach and camping sites leave nothing to be desired. The spa park is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. Our Dahmeshöved lighthouse, where you can also get married, provides the necessary overview. And all nature lovers will enjoy a farm holiday in the immediate vicinity of the lake. What more could you want? The beach has fine sand and the water is shallow. The promenade offers plenty of stimulation for a stroll. Restaurants, thatched cafés, boutiques and souvenir shops invite you to linger. The pier, the indoor seawater swimming pool and the sports and health centre with its sauna and wellness facilities, which was renovated in 2008, round off Dahme's attractions. Children's hearts beat faster at the children's playgrounds close to the beach, the children's harbour as an indoor playground or on the mini-golf courses with a huge trampoline. The sports on offer in Dahme also range from hiking, walking, jogging, horse riding and cycling to kiting and surfing at the Dahme surf school near the campsites. Haus Mika in Dahme
The location is very beautiful and very quiet. Fenced garden is nice for dogs, they just shouldn't be jumpy, as the fence is not very high and one must make sure the gate is always properly closed, the latch is very loose and urgently needs repair. Very friendly neighbors in the other half of the house. Unfortunately, the negative aspects are the sagging mattresses, bathroom and toilet facilities; the toilet in the annex has a stable door through which cellar woodlice come in in the evening. One would need to improve some things to justify the price. As I said, the location is great, everything is within walking distance in a few minutes.
