Dear guests,
unfortunately, we have to adjust our prices for the third season.
However, the "energy crisis" is also forcing us to take this step.
Of course, we could also charge according to our own consumption, but the administrative effort would be very high
and in addition, a contactless transfer would no longer be possible.
We have also set the minimum stay at 5 days. If there are intermediate bookings with fewer days, these can of course also be booked
As the new owners of this beautiful holiday home, we are pleased to make our holiday home available to you.
We attach great importance to a quiet and relaxed holiday for you. That means arriving and feeling comfortable. You will find everything you need for your stay in the house.
The house has a large living / dining room with separate kitchen, a master bedroom with double bed and a children's room with bunk beds. A bathroom with shower and a small storage room are also available next to the garage.
There is a large wardrobe in the master bedroom and a built-in cupboard in the children's room. Further storage space is also available
All rooms (except kitchen and bathroom) are covered with light laminate.
The garage is directly at the cottage, so you have no long ways.
A high chair and a trolley for the "little ones" are available.

Cancellation terms:
- Storniert (kündigt) der Mieter den Vertrag vor dem Mietbeginn ohne einen Nachmieter zu benennen, der in den Vertrag zu denselben Konditionen eintritt, sind als Entschädigung unter Anrechnung der ersparten Aufwendungen die folgenden anteiligen Mieten (ausschließlich der Endreinigung) zu entrichten, sofern eine anderweitige Vermietung nicht möglich ist: - Kündigung bis 49 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 10 % des Mietpreises - Kündigung bis 35 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 30 % des Mietpreises - Kündigung bis 21 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 60 % des Mietpreises - Kündigung bis 14 Tage vor Mietbeginn: 90 % des Mietpreises - ansonsten (später als 14 Tage vor Mietbeginn) 100 % des Mietpreises. Gleichwohl ist der Vermieter bemüht das Mietobjekt anderweitig zu vermieten. Der Mieter kann jederzeit einen geringeren Schaden nachweisen. Bricht der Mieter den Aufenthalt vorzeitig ab, bleibt er zur Zahlung des vollen Mietpreises verpflichtet. Eine Stornierung bzw. Kündigung kann nur schriftlich erfolgen. Maßgeblich ist der Tag des Zugangs der Erklärung bei dem Vermieter. Der Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittsversicherung wird empfohlen.

Super Urlaub
Also wir waren das erste mal in diesem Ferienhaus und wir waren sehr zufrieden. Auch der Vermieter ist super nett und. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Also wir können dieses Ferienhaus echt weiter empfehlen.

relaxed family holiday with baby
We stayed for 6 nights in the Strandhafer holiday home and were very satisfied. The location is ideal, directly on the dyke and less than 4 minutes walk to the dyke. We had a baby with us and the three of us could sleep well in the master bedroom. We had a mobile fall-out protection with us and could attach it to the bed without any problems, which is totally comfortable.
The kitchen is super equipped with everything you need.
The living/dining room is very spacious and has room for a toddler blanket.
We would love to come back again.

Herrlicher Urlaub in super Lage mit allem was man braucht
Wir waren für 1 Woche in Dornumersiel in dieser Unterkunft und würden sofort wieder hinfahren. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt mit allem was man braucht es wurde an alles in der Unterkunft gedacht. Wir kommen definitiv wieder :-) Vielen Dank und LG

Hello, after many, many holidays at the North Sea, we dared to buy our own little house. That was in Bensersiel in 2016. Bensesiel is just the right place for us to spend our holidays. The sea, the beach, the people, the air and, and, The three of us can't get enough of it and are always very happy to be up here. But we also like to have a little change now and then and have therefore decided to buy another cottage in Dornumersiel :-) Dornumersiel has a lot to offer and we like it very much.
