You live on 45 sqm with 1 bedroom,1 bathroom as well as 1 living room with kitchenette. A separate small room is furnished for the third guest with a foldaway bed. Our veranda is a nice place to enjoy the sun and breakfast early in the morning.
In the garden there is another terrace with garden furniture and a view of the large meadow.

Dear guests,
Prerow is an old seafaring and fishing village.
Surrounded by the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park, it offers a variety of leisure activities in every season.
In autumn the crane migration and the deer rut, in winter a walk on the beach with wind and waves, in spring exploring the Darß by bike or of course enjoying our beautiful beach in summer. And sometimes you can also find an amber. The gold of the Baltic Sea!

- Bei Stornierung des Mietvertrages ist der Mieter verpflichtet 80% des Mietpreises zu zahlen, es sei denn, dass die Weitervermietung zu den gleichen Bedingungen möglich wird. Der Vermieter versucht jedoch die Ferienwohnung anderweitig zu vergeben, um den Schaden für den Mieter so gering wie möglich zu halten. Wird die Reise abgebrochen, so wird der komplette Mietpreis einbehalten. In diesem Zusammenhang mache ich auf den Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittsversicherung aufmerksam. Der Vermieter kann den Mietvertrag vor Mietbeginn kündigen, wenn das Mietobjekt durch höhere Gewalt oder aus Gründen, die er nicht zu vertreten hat, nicht mehr beziehbar ist.
