Free cancellation possible up to 46 days before the arrival date.
Termination by the tenant: a) The tenant may withdraw from the lease agreement before the start of the rental period by providing a written declaration to the landlord. The relevant time is when the withdrawal declaration is received by the landlord. b) If the tenant withdraws from the lease agreement, they must compensate for the costs already incurred by the landlord and for lost profits at the following rates: - Withdrawal up to the 45th day before the start of the rental period: 20% (but no less than €25.00) - Withdrawal up to the 35th day before the start of the rental period: 50% - Thereafter and in case of no-show: 100% c) The tenant is allowed to prove that the landlord has incurred no damage or significantly less damage. d) Upon withdrawal, the tenant may nominate a substitute tenant who is willing to enter into the existing lease in his place. The landlord may refuse the entry of the third party if they appear economically or personally unreliable. If a third party enters into the rental agreement, they and the previous tenant are jointly and severally liable to the landlord for the rent and any additional costs arising from the entry of the third party. The tenant is advised to take out cancellation insurance.

Top equipment, top location, top house!
Great, well-maintained house with modern and high-quality furnishings in the living room, kitchen, and bathroom.
We were there for a week and it was perfect for us with 3 bedrooms.
The house is located on the edge of a private area with various holiday homes. In 3 minutes you can walk to the great lake and its swimming area, which can only be used by residents. A rowing boat is also available.
Sauna, whirlpool tub, and parking space complete the package. The owner was reachable for questions, is very friendly, relaxed, and reliable.
Utility costs are charged additionally, which is fair for a sauna.
The bakery is a few minutes away by bike. Schwerin is about 25 minutes.
The only downside was the lack of proper blackout options for the rooms; we had to improvise, and the mattresses were a bit too soft.
We would love to come back!

Great long weekend
We are here for the second time and will come again next year.
The location and the equipment of the holiday home is perfect.
The surroundings invite you to take a walk and relax, and if you need a little culture, the state capital is not far away.
The host is very friendly and very helpful even with last-minute changes to the booking.

Simply genius
We met the host very kindly and openly. The house is very well equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. Due to the intense heat (34 degrees), it was of course very warm in the house as well, but I think it would be like that everywhere. We spent a lot of time in and by the water, and the lake is simply great!

Relaxed and beautiful weekend
We had a very relaxing and beautiful weekend in this holiday home.
Overall, it was very nice, and we felt very comfortable; the only downside was the mosquitoes, which were extreme, and unfortunately, we didn’t have any insect spray or Fenistil with us. I might suggest providing this to guests, as it’s something one might forget.
Otherwise, it was fantastic – we made good use of the sauna and whirlpool, as well as the boat.
We would gladly recommend it. A very beautiful residence! We have also taken good care of the additional costs, and we have done our utmost to leave the house as we found it when we moved in.

Perfect for turning off
The holiday home corresponds 100% to the description and photos. The house is well-equipped with "hardware," so that the self-caterer lacks nothing. However, it would be nice for the future, at least for starters - especially for tenants arriving on the weekend - to provide at least one (!) garbage bag and one more roll of toilet paper rather than just a partially used roll. . . Otherwise, the house is high-quality and comfortably furnished - we didn't try the sauna due to the heat outside, but it must be great in winter! Due to its location at the end of the holiday village, you also have wonderful peace and quiet, as the direct neighbors were only there on the weekends. The village is very secluded, which is extremely beneficial for relaxation. There is a very good bakery within walking/cycling distance, and excellent shopping opportunities are reachable by car. I agree with the other reviews regarding the mosquito plague; it was unbearable, but the house is not to blame for that... The landlord was very helpful and even brought us bedding in the evening since we forgot to book it :o) And the utility bill after the 2 weeks was also perfectly fine.
