Newly built holiday home with modern and tasteful furnishings, fireplace, sauna, whirlpool, rowing boat and Wi-Fi in a small and idyllic holiday village on Lake Dümmer with a small sandy beach. Your lovingly furnished holiday home is an ideal starting point for numerous activities. Especially anglers and bathers will enjoy the good water quality of the lake. If the weather doesn't cooperate, you can simply relax in the sauna or take a trip to Schwerin. In the state capital Schwerin, you can get a breath of city air and discover all kinds of interesting sights. The castle with the castle garden, Schwerin Cathedral or the Schwerin State Theatre are absolutely worthwhile excursion destinations. Of course, you can also simply stroll through the shops and enjoy a coffee in the sun. Highlights : 1 rowing boat, WLAN Nearby activities : Take your bikes with you and explore the varied landscape by bike. There is an excellent network of cycle paths around the state capital Schwerin. Afterwards you can refresh yourself on the sandy beach at Lake Dümmer, where even small children can get used to the water while playing. A great destination for families is Wittenburg, 10 km away. There is a great adventure playground and a quad track. Right next door, the indoor ski hall offers winter fun at its best and the opportunity to further improve your skiing skills.

The region around Lake Dümmer is not only a wonderful recreational area, but is also strategically located for excursions to Schwerin, Wismar, Rostock, Ludwigslust, Lübeck, Hamburg, Berlin and the Baltic Sea coast. About 10 km away is Wittenburg with its indoor ski hall, a quad track and an adventure playground. For children, there is an adventure nature trail only 500 m from the holiday home.

For a bicycle tour on the well-developed cycle paths of the region, you can rent bicycles on site. In the village you will find a children's playground and a bakery that is open on Sundays.
The Alpincenter in Wittenburg (10 km) is easy to reach by bike. There you will find leisure activities such as skiing and snowboarding, tobogganing, karting and quad biking, a high ropes course with adventure playground, beach volleyball courts and gastronomic facilities.
In Zachun (16 km) you can also use a water ski facility.
Our beautiful state capital - the city of seven lakes - offers you a wide range of entertainment and culture. The castle with its castle garden, Schwerin Cathedral and the Mecklenburg State Theatre are worthwhile destinations. Stroll through the numerous shops while exploring Schwerin's old town.
We also recommend a city tour with the Petermännchen Express and/or a trip with the White Fleet on Lake Schwerin as well as an excursion to Schwerin Zoo with its adjacent climbing forest.

Great long weekend
We are here for the second time and will come again next year.
The location and the equipment of the holiday home is perfect.
The surroundings invite you to take a walk and relax, and if you need a little culture, the state capital is not far away.
The host is very friendly and very helpful even with last-minute changes to the booking.

Einfach genial
Wir haben den Gastgeber sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen kennengelernt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche übrig.
Durch die große Hitze (34 Grad) war es natürlich auch im Haus sehr warm, aber ich denke das wäre überall so.
Wir waren viel am und im Wasser und der See ist einfach toll!

entspanntes und schönes Wochenende
Wir hatten einen sehr entspanntes und schönes Wochenende in diesem Ferienhaus.
Im Gesamten war es sehr schön und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, einzig die Mücken waren extrem und leider hatten wir kein Insektenspray oder Fenistil mit. Würde ich ggf. dem Gast zur Verfügung stellen, weil wenn man da nicht dran denkt.
Ansonsten war es mega – Sauna und Whirlpool haben wir gut genutzt, ebenso wie das Boot.
Wir empfehlen sie gerne weiter. Ein sehr schönes Domizil!
Mit den Nebenkosen hält es sich auch gut und wir haben unser Möglichstes getan, dass wir das
Haus so wieder verlassen haben, wie wir es beim Einzug hatten.

Fürs Abschalten perfekt
Das Ferienhaus entspricht zu 100% der Beschreibung und den Fotos. Das Haus ist mit "Hardware" gut ausgestattet, so dass es dem Selbstversorger an nichts fehlt. Allerdings wäre es für die Zukunft doch ganz schön, zumindest für den Anfang - gerade für am Wochenende anreisende Mieter - wenigstens einen (!) Müllbeutel und eine Rolle mehr Toilettenpapier als eine angefangene Rolle zur Verfügung zu stellen...
Ansonsten ist das Haus hochwertig und gemütlich eingerichtet - die Sauna haben wir aufgrund der Hitze draußen nicht probiert, sie ist im Winter aber bestimmt toll! Durch die Lage am Ende des Feriendorfes hat man auch wunderbar seine Ruhe, die direkten Nachbarn waren nur am Wochenende da. Das Dorf liegt sehr abgeschieden, was der Entspannung außerordentlich zuträglich ist. Es gibt in Fuß-/Fahrradnähe einen sehr guten Bäcker, Ausgezeichnete Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto erreichbar. Bei der Mückenplage schließe ich mich den anderen Bewertungen an, die war unerträglich, aber dafür kann das Haus nichts...
Der Vermieter war übrigens sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns, da wir vergessen hatten Bettwäsche mit zu buchen, abends noch welche vorbei gebracht :o) Und die Nebenkostenabrechnung nach den 2 Wochen war auch voll okay.

Sehr schönes Haus zum Entspannen!
Man fühlt sich fast wie zuhause. Das Haus ist sehr modern und für Allergiker geeignet. Der Hausbesitzer war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sofort bei Problemen geholfen. Dieses Haus kann man für jeden empfehlen, der mal etwas Abstand vom Alltag braucht und sich einfach nur entspannen möchte.
