Cancellation terms:
- Rücktritt/Stornierung Ein Rücktritt vom Vertrag kann jederzeit schriftlich erfolgen. Im Falle des Rücktritts ist der Mieter zum Ersatz des uns entstandenen Schadens verpflichtet:
- vom Tag der Buchungsbestätigung durch den Vermieter bis zum 121. Tag vor Mietbeginn: keine Entschädigung
- vom 120. Tag bis zum 61. Tag vor Mietbeginn: Höhe der Anzahlung
- vom 60. Tag bis zum 15. Tag vor Mietbeginn 50% des Gesamtpreises
- vom 14. Tag bis zum 8. Tag vor Mietbeginn 80% des Gesamtpreises Bei einem Rücktritt weniger als acht Tage vor Mietbeginn ist der volle Mietpreis zu zahlen. Es zählt jeweils das Empfangsdatum Ihrer Rücktrittsnachricht. Bereits eingezahlte Beträge werden verrechnet. Ein Ersatzmieter, der zu genannten Bedingungen in den Vertrag eintritt, kann vom Mieter gestellt werden. Eine schriftliche Benachrichtigung genügt. Wir empfehlen Ihnen den Abschluss einer Reiserücktrittkostenversicherung. Corona-Regelungen: Sofern für den Vermieter ein Beherber gungsverbot wegen der Coronapandemie besteht, ist dieser berechtigt, für den Gast kostenfrei zu stornieren. Gleiches gilt, wenn der Mieter den Aufenthalt coronabedingt nicht antreten kann. Die Gründe sind jeweils nachzuweisen.
