The holiday home Bergeblick Deluxe, situated in a 10,000 sqm garden, is beautiful. It stands out for its wonderful location, excellent condition, and perfect rooms. Throughout the house, it is bright and cozy, with wood floors made of local trees. The large house impresses with its location, the garden, the luxury property, a large kitchen, 2 bathrooms, extra toilet, 4 bedrooms, 2 balconies, magnificent glass dormers on the roof, idyllic spots in the garden and along the house. Well furnished and super cozy.
The house can be divided for 2-4 or 5-8 people; depending on that, additional bedrooms, an extra bathroom, and another living area are added. In the outbuilding, a private sauna with forest view can be booked for an additional fee.
There is the possibility to book various offers during the stay in our Hotel Bergeblick, as well as to visit the SPA, the cosmetic studio, and the rooftop bar (children from 14 years).

This dream property is located 2 km above Bad Tölz, about a 20-minute walk from the idyllic centre of Bad Tölz via the beautiful spa gardens. From the house and garden you have a view of the local Blomberg mountain and the Karwendel mountains, i.e. the foothills of the Alps
Behind the property is the town garden. The property is completely fenced and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. You can start hiking directly from the holiday home, or simply enjoy the garden.

The towel package includes a shower towel, a bath towel, a bath mat, and all kitchen towels. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed at an extra charge. The house rules for dog owners apply. |

Up to 90 days before the rental start: free cancellation Up to 70 days before the rental start: 20% of the rental price Up to 50 days before the rental start: 30% of the rental price Up to 30 days before the rental start: 60% of the rental price Up to 14 days before the rental start: 90% of the rental price Otherwise (less than 14 days before the rental start): 100% of the rental price.
