In all our prices the additional costs and the final cleaning are already included.
Bed linen, towels and tea towels are also included in the price.
For children from 0 to 6 years, accompanied by 2 adults, there is no charge.
For children from 6 to 12 years the price is 5,00Euro per night in company of 2 adults.
Dogs are welcome in our house.
We charge for 1 dog 8,00Euro per night.
We accept a maximum of 2 dogs per apartment.

Payment instructions:

When making a booking, the guest has to pay a deposit of 20,0%(minimum 50,00Euro).
The deposit amount will be shown in the booking confirmation.
The deposit amount please transfer to our account which we have listed in the booking confirmation.
The remaining amount you can transfer before your arrival to our account, or pay by EC card, credit card and also in cash.

Free cancellation possible up to 60 days before the arrival date.

Here is the English translation of your text: --- **Cancellation by the Guest** The conclusion of the accommodation contract obliges both the host and the guest to fulfill the contract. This applies regardless of the duration for which the contract was concluded. The guest cannot unilaterally withdraw from a legally binding booking free of charge. If the guest nevertheless withdraws from the accommodation contract with the landlord before the start of the rental period, he/she must (regardless of the time and reason for withdrawal) pay the agreed or customary price for the stay, including the portion for meals and the fees for additional services, to the host. However, the host must deduct the expenses saved, which he/she must endeavor to minimize in good faith, and any income from re-letting the accommodation, from the claim for fulfillment against the guest. A written declaration of withdrawal is required for cancellation. The decisive factor is the time at which the declaration is received by the host. In the event of withdrawal from the accommodation contract, the guest must pay a lump-sum compensation for the expenses already incurred by the host and the lost profit in the following amounts: - Withdrawal up to the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 20% (but at least 50 euros) - Withdrawal up to the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% - Thereafter and in case of no-show: 100% The guest is entitled to prove to the host that no damage or significantly less damage has occurred to the host. The host is not obliged to accept this and may object to the entry of the third party if there are justified doubts about the reliability of the substitute guest. Hello dear guests and those who want to be. Our family lives and works on the farm since 1307. In the past, the farm was operated with agriculture in full time. Due to an accident at work, the farmer Christoph had to give up farming. Then the brother Andreas of Christoph became the boss. Today we live with 3 generations on the farm. Since 2006 we have started with a vacation home with the renting. After that we added 2 vacation apartments. Since 2021 we also rent pitches for motorhomes. We enjoy dealing with guests very much.
