Sehr schöne Wohnung, alles wie beschrieben. Nachbuchung einer Person, war auch unkompliziert. Wir würden diese Wohnung wieder buchen.

Tolle Unterkunft in Zinnowitz. Die Kommunikation mit Prohome war super und man kann in der Gegend sehr viel Schönes unternehmen.

Wirklich tolle Wohnung, sehr ansprechend und funktionell eingerichtet. Auch der Kontakt zur Vermietung ist ganz unkompliziert.

Die Ferienwohnung erhält von uns 3 von 5 Sternen. Folgende Verbesserungen wären dringend notwendig: - Austausch der Dusche bzw. Behandlung von Schwarzschimmel in Fugen und Silikon - Austausch Backofen, es fehlt die Sicherheitsscheibe innen, dadurch wird die Außenscheibe kochend heiß, ich bin beim Kochen mit dem Knie ran gekommen und habe mir eine üble Verbrennung zugezogen - Toilettendeckel deckt den Rand nicht gut ab, dadurch berührt man die Keramikschüssel - ein Waschbeckenunterschrank würde für ein bisschen mehr Staufläche im Bad sorgen - bei 4 Personen wäre das praktisch - beim Reinigen den Fliesenspiegel im Bad, die Ecken hinter dem Rollbett, die Blendleiste der Küchenzeile und weitere versteckte Stellen beachten - Grundausstattung: Toilettenpapier fehlte im Putzmittelraum, obwohl es in der Willkommensmappe angegeben war - Ausstattung wie Fit und Backpapier wäre wünschenswert - sehr unmoderne Küche, aber das liegt ja im Auge des Betrachters Die positiven Dinge möchten wir natürlich auch erwähnen: - bequeme Betten/Matratzen - qualitativ hochwertige Rollos/Plissees - ruhige Lage der Unterkunft - sehr freundlicher Vermieter - Ankunftsabsprache lief reibungslos - die Nutzung der Wäschespinne ist klasse - schöne Sitzecke im Garten mit guter Ausstattung an Polstern usw. - Verfügbarkeit von Netflix, Youtube, WLan und TV haben die Kids als positiv bewertet - hilfreiche Infomappe mit allen wichtigen Details zur Wohnung und Umgebung Wir bedanken uns für den Aufenthalt und wünschen für die Zukunft alles Gute.

The holiday flat receives 3 out of 5 stars from us.
The following improvements are urgently needed:
- Replacement of the shower or treatment of black mould in joints and silicone
- Replacement of the oven, the safety glass inside is missing, so the outer glass is boiling hot, I got my knee on it while cooking and got a bad burn
- The toilet lid does not cover the rim well, so you touch the ceramic bowl
- a washbasin cabinet would provide a bit more storage space in the bathroom - it would be practical for 4 people
- when cleaning, pay attention to the bathroom tile, the corners behind the rollaway bed, the trim of the kitchen unit and other hidden places
- Basic equipment: toilet paper was missing in the cleaning room, although it was stated in the welcome folder - equipment like fit and baking paper would be desirable
- very unfashionable kitchen, but that is in the eye of the beholder
We would like to mention the positive things too, of course:
- comfortable beds/mattresses
- high quality blinds/pleated blinds
- quiet location of the accommodation
- very friendly landlord - arrival arrangement went smoothly
- the use of the rotary dryer is great
- nice sitting area in the garden with good upholstery etc.
- The availability of Netflix, Youtube, WLan and TV was rated positively by the kids
- helpful information folder with all the important details about the flat and surroundings
