The location of this holiday home is optimal and is situated exactly between the beach and the harbor on a quiet side street. Some complaints concerned cleanliness, outdated technology, as well as the cumbersome handling of the television system and missing garden loungers. The chairs at the dining table are uncomfortable, as one sinks too deep into them. Nevertheless, this holiday home is very tastefully furnished, the kitchen area is extensively equipped, and it feels cozy.

Clean, simple house in a quiet location. Helpful service!! Starter supplies in the house (a few dishwasher tabs/ soap/ one towel per bathroom/ 1-2 trash bags, salt, pepper, oil, etc.) great for a weekend.

Equipment in the kitchen and on the terrace incomplete for 6 people. Cleanliness was not optimal. Dining room chairs sagging.

The first impression from the outside looked rather in need of optimization compared to the other houses. Inside the house, we had problems with the seemingly outdated technology. The water heaters for the bathrooms were unable to provide enough hot water. The television was an older model and had to be set up first. This only worked after we found a functioning remote control and replaced the batteries. The heating kept going into error mode. After we pressed the reset button several times, it worked again for a certain period. The service from the caretaker was top-notch. We got his number, and he even came by after his shift. He and his colleague (we had to call him 3 times) were friendly and were able to solve the problems that arose, at least for a certain time. The chairs around the dining room were sagging.
