Description
The luxurious holiday complex consists of two buildings. The main building is located directly on the road with little traffic and consists of 2 holiday flats, each designed for 6 guests. The holiday home in the inner courtyard is accessible through the main gate and offers plenty of space for 9 guests. The holiday home is not connected to the front house and is designed for two families for sole use. The enclosed courtyard makes it quiet and ideal for families with children.

The holiday home was completely renovated in 2021 and furnished in a new and luxurious way. From November, the house is now ready for rent and enchants with its new splendour
On the ground floor
Entrance: The entrance is bright and spacious
Bathroom 1: The bathroom is modern and comfortably equipped with a shower cubicle, bathroom furniture with LED mirror, a make-up station with seating, several built-in cupboards, a hairdryer and towel heating.
Bedroom 1: A box-spring bed with topper (total size 180cm), wardrobe with mirror, a sofa bed (extended 150cm wide) that can accommodate two more guests
Bedroom 2: A small room for children and teenagers with a bunk bed and a chest of drawers. Small toys and books for our little visitors are available.
Via a steep staircase you reach the upper floor
Living area: The living area is located on the upper floor and offers you a seating area and two more armchairs to linger and relax. Entertainment is provided by a flat-screen TV (satellite) and a Bluetooth box.
Dining area: In an open-plan concept, the dining table in the kitchen is located between the passage to the living room and seats up to 9 people
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, single freezer, oven, ceramic hob, extractor bonnet, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, tea maker and crockery for 24 people.
Bathroom 2: The bathroom is also modern and comfortably equipped with a walk-in shower, bathroom furniture with LED mirror, a hairdryer and towel heating. There is also a footstool for the sink for our younger guests.
Bedroom 3: A box spring bed with topper (total size 180cm) and a wardrobe with mirror. Through this bedroom you can access the balcony
Balcony: The balcony is equipped with a garden table and 9 armchairs. There is also a possibility to barbecue there (electric barbecue). Open fires are prohibited in the entire Old Town and therefore all our guests have to make do with an electric grill.
Attic:
In the converted attic the children or teenagers have a retreat corner with a flat screen TV equipped with a Nintendo Wii console incl. games.
There is also a sofa bed (extended 150cm wide), which offers sleeping accommodation for a further 2 people
Further accessories: Bed linen and towels (for the corresponding number of persons), ironing board, iron, rotary dryer, hoover, sparkling wine as a welcome gift, brochures around Goslar
Outside facilities
The courtyard can be entered through a gate from the main building. In the courtyard are the sitting areas for guests from the main building and your entrance to the individual holiday home. This means that you may bump into other guests as you enter the house.
Also in the courtyard is a toilet room with washing machine/dryer for all guests.
Special features
The façade of the main house is a listed building and shows the flair of the old town from the outside. In the flats and the rear house we have tried to combine old, modern and luxurious.

Location and surroundings of object
Location: The holiday home is quietly located directly in the old town. It is only a few minutes' walk to the market square. On the way there, you will discover great churches and sights that tell 1000 years of history. To pass the time, you will also find shopping facilities, a cinema, bars, restaurants and everything almost on your doorstep. The train station is only 10 minutes away (on foot). The famous Kaiserpfalz is also only 500m away and easily accessible on foot.
For the hiking enthusiast, Goslar is the perfect starting point and offers many great hiking trails with lots of greenery and great views.
Excursion possibilities: Brocken, skiing and hiking areas, cable cars, summer toboggan run, Titan's longest suspension bridge of its kind, Hahnenklee bike park, Rammelsberg mine world heritage site, stalactite cave, old town with churches, museums and castles, aviation museum and miniature museum in Wernigerode, and much more.
Goslar, the thousand-year-old imperial town in the Harz region, where emperors and kings once reigned, takes you back to the Middle Ages. The picturesque alleys and squares offer plenty of space for strolling, lingering, shopping, enjoying and relaxing. The surrounding mountains of the Harz Mountains offer many opportunities for hikers, cyclists, winter sports enthusiasts and adrenaline seekers. The dams not only show how we get our drinking water, but also offer many opportunities for water sports and beautiful places to relax among lots of greenery.

Der Vermieter behält sich vor, dem Kunden bei der Umbuchung eine Bearbeitungsgebühr bis zu 25,00 Euro pro Person in Rechnung zu stellen. 3. Bei Corona-bedingten Lockdowns kann die Reise umgebucht werden. Sollte eine Umbuchung nicht möglich sein, wird der Betrag erstattet.

There is no parking space in the courtyard. In front of the house it is possible to stop briefly to unload the suitcases. Public parking is available in the immediate vicinity. One street further on there is free parking for 3 hours. Otherwise, you can park in the entire old town from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. for 0.50 €/hour.

Very nice and clean holiday home, high quality and very extensive equipment, super location (to the city centre but also to events in the region). Can highly recommend the accommodation. Free parking within walking distance (was absolutely fine for us).

Our names are Christina and Juri Kinas. We are married and have two children. Some time ago, a new passion sprouted in us. This passion is to renovate and redesign old houses and flats. Through our former self-employment in the handicraft sector, we realised this for our clientele for many years by building, renovating or beautifying bathrooms. Over time, the idea arose that we would now like to realise this for ourselves as well. In 2010, we acquired an old villa in Schieferweg in Goslar and began an extensive renovation that took several years. In December 2020, we acquired the house in Dedeleberstr. in Goslar Altstadt and also used the year 2021 for a complete renovation. After the extensive renovations, our holiday flats are ready for our guests and enchant with their charm.
