Apartment features:
The maisonette-style apartment, with 3 bedrooms, offers plenty of space.
Once you have reached the first floor, the apartment is accessible through the wardrobe via a staircase. Upon reaching the top, the apartment divides into 2 sleeping areas, a living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Another staircase takes you to the second level of the apartment where the third bedroom is located. There is also a walk-in closet available. Bedroom 1:
The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed as a box spring bed. The soft topper ensures a comfortable sleep.
Bedroom 2:
Two single box spring beds with toppers (total size per bed 90cm) = The beds can also be pushed together to form a lying area of 180cm. A wardrobe with small toys and books.
Bedroom 3:
On the second level is the third bedroom, which is also equipped with 2 box spring beds including toppers. A small wardrobe, suitable for children's clothes. Top equipped. Here, there is the possibility to set up an extra bed to accommodate an additional person.
Living area:
The small but cozy living area is equipped with a television (satellite), providing some entertainment.
Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and dishes for 12 people. Bathroom:
The bathroom is modern and comfortably equipped with a shower cabin, a bathroom furniture set with an LED mirror, a hairdryer, and a towel heater. A step stool for the washbasin is also available for our young guests.
Included in the price: Bed linen, hand and shower towels (for the corresponding number of people), ironing board, iron, clothes dryer, vacuum cleaner
Outdoor area:
In the courtyard, you will find two cozy, covered sitting areas and a possibility to grill using an electric grill. There is also a small room with a foosball table available for use by all residents of the house.
Access to the courtyard is through a locked gate and is therefore not accessible to strangers.

Location: The property with the 3 holiday apartments is quietly located directly in the old town. Just a few minutes' walk away is the central market square. Along the way, you will discover great churches and attractions that tell a thousand years of history. For leisure, you will also find shopping options, cafes, bars, restaurants, and almost everything right outside your door. The train station is only a 15-minute walk away. The famous Imperial Palace is also just 500 meters away and easily accessible on foot. For the hiking heart, Goslar is the perfect starting point and offers many great hiking trails with lots of greenery and stunning views.
Excursion possibilities: Brocken, ski and hiking areas, cable cars, summer toboggan run, Titan longest suspension bridge of its kind, Bikepark Hahnenklee, World Heritage Rammelsberg Mine, stalactite cave, old town with churches, museums, and castles, Aviation Museum and Miniature Museum in Wernigerode, and much more. In the event of withdrawal, you are liable to compensate for the damages incurred: - From the day of booking confirmation by the lessor to the 91st day before the rental begins, no compensation is required. - From the 90th day to the 61st day before the rental begins, the amount of the deposit is due. - From the 60th day to the 15th day before the rental begins, 50% of the total price is due. - From the 14th day to the 8th day before the rental begins, 80% of the total price is due. If a withdrawal occurs less than eight days before the rental begins, the full travel price is due. The date of receipt of your withdrawal message is always applicable. Any amounts already paid will be accounted for. You can provide a substitute person to take over the contract under the mentioned conditions. Written notification is sufficient. 2. The rebooking of a booked and confirmed trip is only possible by withdrawing from the booked trip and simultaneously rebooking another trip. The lessor reserves the right to charge the customer a processing fee of up to 25.00 euros per person for the rebooking. 3. In the event of lockdowns caused by the coronavirus, the trip can be rebooked. If rebooking is not possible, the amount paid will be refunded.

There is no parking available in the courtyard. It is possible to stop briefly in front of the house to unload luggage. Public parking is available in the immediate vicinity. A free, large parking lot is available at about 800 meters. Otherwise, parking is available throughout the old town from 10 AM to 6 PM at €0.50 per hour.

Everything top
Very nice and clean holiday home, high quality and very extensive equipment, super location (to the city centre but also to events in the region). Can highly recommend the accommodation. Free parking within walking distance (was absolutely fine for us).

Our names are Christina and Juri Kinas. We are married and have two children. Some time ago, a new passion sprouted in us. This passion is to renovate and redesign old houses and flats. Through our former self-employment in the handicraft sector, we realised this for our clientele for many years by building, renovating or beautifying bathrooms. Over time, the idea arose that we would now like to realise this for ourselves as well. In 2010, we acquired an old villa in Schieferweg in Goslar and began an extensive renovation that took several years. In December 2020, we acquired the house in Dedeleberstr. in Goslar Altstadt and also used the year 2021 for a complete renovation. After the extensive renovations, our holiday flats are ready for our guests and enchant with their charm.
