Comfortable holiday home in a wooded cul-de-sac in the climatic health resort of Hage-Berumbur
"Wald-und-See-Ostfriesenhuus.de" is a pet-free, non-smoking holiday home. It is surrounded by greenery. The forest and the sea are within easy reach. It is suitable for up to 4 people and is very well equipped.
The coastal and harbour towns such as Norddeich, Nessmersiel, Dornumersiel, Bensersiel, Neuharlingersiel or Greetsiel are only a few minutes away by car. It's nice to be able to stay in your cosy holiday home again after a day trip!
From nearby Norddeich you can take the ferry to Norderney or Juist, from Nessmersiel to the island of Baltrum, from Dornumersiel or Bensersiel to the island of Langeoog. The ferry from Neuharlingrsiel takes you to Spiekeroog, and you can reach Wangerooge from Harlesiel.
The coastal landscape here is very varied. Harbours, beaches, moors, lakes, canoeing, cycling through the vast green marshes or on the dykes are just some of the highlights.
If you have taken your bikes with you, you will certainly want to explore the green surroundings of the holiday home. Bicycles can be hired cheaply here in Hage or directly on the coast.
In the nearby spa park of Berumbur, which is located directly on the picturesque gravel lake, you can treat yourself to a few wellness massages in the spa centre. This very clean lake is ideal for swimming and fishing.
Don't miss a visit to Lütetspark with its moated castle and unique English landscape garden and golf course.
The nearest town is Hage with its wide range of shops and good restaurants and comprehensive medical care if you do need a doctor.

Great holiday accommodation
We spent 4 wonderful weeks in your holiday home. Everything needed for daily use was available in sufficient quantity. Due to the quiet location and as a starting point for numerous day trips, this accommodation is highly recommended. We would love to come back.

A place of tranquility
We spent our summer vacation 2025 in the semi-detached house of the Arns/Auweiler family in beautiful East Frisia. Since we vacation at the North Sea almost every year, we were, as always, delighted by the tranquility and calmness of East Frisia. This is reflected 100% in the friendly neighbors.
The beautifully located house conveys peace in a natural environment.
Anyone looking for excitement and parties is completely in the wrong place here. But for workaholics like us, it is perfect for winding down.
The shopping options nearby are plentiful and easily reachable by bike.
In 15 minutes by car, you are at the sandy North Sea beach.
The amenities of the holiday home are adequate.
Unfortunately, we magically attracted bad weather during our vacation.
But even in this case, there are plenty of excursion options in the far north, even though we would have preferred to lie on the beach. We must conclude by saying that the house with its quietly located property is definitely recommended!

Beautiful semi-detached house
The house is quietly located in a cul-de-sac. It has everything you need. The garden invites you to linger, and on the terrace, you can start your morning with breakfast. An ideal accommodation for cycling.

Holiday accommodation in Hage
In this very lovingly furnished holiday home, we spent a very relaxing week of vacation. Everything was available here and very generously furnished, so we could simply feel comfortable. The beautiful garden, the great quiet location of the house with a view of the greenery, the nearby bathing lake, and the nice bike tours particularly pleased us. An accommodation that we can only recommend further. We are happy to come back and are already looking forward to the next vacation days in this holiday home.

Beautiful holiday home
Beautiful holiday home with everything you need in a quiet location without through traffic.
Communication with the landlord was flawless and very friendly.
The takeover and handover of the holiday home takes place smoothly via a key safe.
A brilliant base if you want to visit a different island every day.
We really enjoyed our week of vacation.

When we decided to sell it, we had no idea that we would ever buy a holiday home in East Frisia again. But we had already grown fond of the country and its people. Now it's here and fully furnished!
