Comfortable and cozy detached holiday bungalow, fully equipped, at the holiday park Villapark Residentie Texel/De Krim on Texel. The house is situated on a plot of 400 m2 and has a sheltered patio for optimal privacy or a safe play area for your (small) children. Parking is available on site for 2 cars. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, of which 1 bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor. The bedrooms upstairs are extra spacious due to the dormer windows. In the living room you will find a comfortable seating area, dining area, open fireplace, and flatscreen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large American refrigerator including freezer compartment, combination microwave/oven, Senseo coffee machine, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, and a spacious inventory.
A cot and high chair are available in the house. Free super-fast wireless Internet via fiber optic. In the garden there are adjustable chairs, a lounger, and a parasol. The house is centrally located in holiday park De Krim with all facilities including reception, supermarket, subtropical swimming pool with slides etc., playground, glow-in-the-dark mini golf, bike rental, laundry, restaurants, bar, bowling, climbing park, etc. just a few minutes’ walk from the holiday home. Next to the park is the golf course and a riding school. Within walking distance of our house, at the central parking lot, you can charge your electric car.

Location and surroundings of object
Located in De Cocksdorp on the island of Texel at Villapark Residentie Texel, where the facilities of De Krim can be used including the swimming pool. This park borders the dunes and from our holiday home you can walk to the beach 2 km away or to the center of De Cocksdorp in half an hour. The well-known ice cream farm Labora is also located at a distance from the holiday park. Our house is very centrally located, just a few minutes' walk from the center of De Krim. Here you will find, among other things. the reception, supermarket, swimming pool, gym, playgrounds and restaurants. The Texelse Golf Course is also located directly next to the park.

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 90 days before the arrival date.
Booking and payment conditions: Payment is made in 2 installments. The 1st installment amounts to 25% of the total booking costs and must be paid within 14 days of receiving the confirmation, and the 2nd installment (75%) no later than 6 weeks before arrival. For arrivals within 6 weeks of booking, the full amount must be paid in one installment within 14 days of booking. For arrivals within 14 days of booking, the amount must be paid immediately, in advance of the stay. No rights can be derived from typographical errors in the price list. Cancellation conditions: The following fees will be charged in the event of cancellation; - for cancellations more than three months before the start date, 0% of the agreed price; - for cancellations within three to two months before the start date, 50% of the agreed price; - for cancellations within two to one month before the start date, 75% of the agreed price; - for cancellations within one month before the start date, 90% of the agreed price; - for cancellations on the day of the start date, 100% of the agreed price. Our bookings are subject to the Recron conditions for holiday homes (see Recron website). Note: Additional costs: tourist tax of 2.40 per person per night. We pay this to the Texel Municipality.

Quietly located very well-equipped house in beautiful surroundings
We spent two very nice vacation weeks in this house in May 2025.
The house has a closed courtyard with seating, a bike shed.
The kitchen is very well equipped. Above all, there is plenty of dishware!
The wide beds were real luxury, as were the two bathrooms.
The house is located in a quiet area on a small residential street near the holiday park center . . . . we were absolutely thrilled. We took advantage of the free entry to the swimming pool a few times.
Otherwise, you can go on great hikes in the area.
The friendly landlady was always available for questions.
We will definitely come back! ! !

Since 2011, we have owned our " Texelhuisje" on recreation park De Krim. We rent out our house so that others can also enjoy this beautiful island and park. We mainly rent in the period April-October so that we have time in the winter months for the annual maintenance, which we do in-house to guarantee the quality of the bungalow.
