In the quiet north of the island of Rügen, far away from the summer holiday hustle and bustle of the Baltic Sea resorts.
Our holiday home was built in a typical Rügen style with a thatched roof and a Frisian wall. The house has a 700 sqm enclosed garden with beach chair/2 parking spaces /300m to the Baltic Sea beach.
The fascinating unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea from the living and dining area as well as from the balcony and terrace will inspire you and make this house unique!!!
From here you can see the busy shipping traffic of the professional shipping along the shipping line Lübeck-St. Petersburg and the many leisure captains with their sailing boats, also the lighthouse Dornbusch of the island Hiddensee. In the evening you can enjoy the impressive sunsets - which will certainly not be missing from your holiday photos - with a glass of wine, and in the morning you will be gently woken up by the sound of the sea.
Rabbits and deer are frequent fence-sitters. Marine binoculars are available in the house.
All living rooms and bedrooms have a sea view.
The approx. 130m² living space offers enough room for 6 people. All rooms have underfloor heating. An air heat pump with controlled ventilation provides a clean and very pleasant indoor climate, therefore suitable for allergy sufferers. All rooms are flooded with light, furnished to a high standard and offer all the comforts for a pleasant stay. Our house is a NON-SMOKING DOMICILE!

Location and surroundings of object
Apart from long sandy beaches, the omnipresent sea and a fascinatingly beautiful landscape, Rügen offers you even more worth seeing and experiencing. The island also has its special charm in the months of November to March. Famous is the resting of tens of thousands of cranes and hundreds of thousands of geese in Oct/Nov. The attentive observer will notice other special features in Rügen's fauna such as the white-tailed eagle and the osprey, both of which still occur as breeding birds. Rügen is worth a visit at any time of year and in any weather, and the "Windland" in the north has long been an insider tip among connoisseurs and individualists. Here you can enjoy a walk on the beach by yourself and relax far away from the hustle and bustle of the resorts
On the Wittow peninsula you have a variety of opportunities for sporting activities, including horse riding, golf, tennis, diving, sailing, surfing, kite surfing, inline skating and, above all, cycling or hiking on idyllically situated, well-developed cycle and hiking paths. For extended excursions, the RADz-fatz buses with bicycle trailers can be used to bridge the gap. Reachable in a short time:

Very appealing accommodation with a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea.
The description of the accommodation Uferschwalbe sounded very appealing at the time of booking, but actually spending the vacation here was truly beautiful. The house had everything one needs for a successful holiday stay. We enjoyed the wonderful view during breakfast, watched passing ships, and even observed deer in the field one day—a true dream for a relaxing vacation. The spacious garden was lovingly designed. There was also absolute quiet in the settlement, and the path to the beach was very short. Especially at this time of year, one can walk undisturbed and let the soul dangle. If the weather doesn't cooperate, one enjoys the cozy lakeside swallow, the fireplace, a delicious tea or mulled wine—and of course, one must not forget the sauna. We will gladly return in November 2026.

Well-equipped house in a very good location with great views.
We spent a week for the second time with our Gos d'atura male Codo in Uferschwalbe, and, like the first time, we were very satisfied. Smooth handover of the house by the caretaker, a well-equipped house with a great view of the Baltic Sea, is a good foundation for a relaxing holiday. Due to the very successful layout of the house, you feel comfortable as a couple as well as with five people. The good location invites you to take extensive walks from the front door, if desired all the way to Cape Arkona. Good restaurants can be found in Dranske. We can recommend the fish restaurant "Zum Anker" which offers very good quality at reasonable prices. Due to the location, a car is necessary.
We will gladly come back.

Dream house in a dream location - pure relaxation
The aim of the trip was to relax, unwind, breathe fresh air, and enjoy long walks. For all that, a stay in this house is ideal. The house is very lovingly furnished down to the smallest details, with everything you need, especially great during this season with the fireplace and sauna.
You can walk directly from behind the house over the meadow to the steep coast and stroll on the beach from there. You can see the lighthouse of Hiddensee and also the ships on the horizon. Other places on Rügen are easily accessible, such as Cape Arkona or Wiek. Just note that at this time of year, there are hardly any ferries running. The landlords were also very nice and always ready to provide any information, and a last-minute extension was no problem. Thank you very much. We would book a stay there again at any time.

Very beautiful well-maintained house in a fantastic location
5 adults and one large Münsterländer dog (age group 55-78 years). Beautiful view of the sea and passing deer. Stunning sunsets, all visible directly from the table. The house is very well-maintained and lovingly furnished (everything available). All bathrooms and bedrooms are very clean. With the dog, you could go directly from the property to the huge field. The beach is natural but clean, you can find beautiful stones and walk endlessly. Dranske is easily accessible for shopping. It would be even more beautiful if 2 bicycles could be rented from the landlord for a fee. Overall, it was a relaxing vacation, and we celebrated our silver wedding anniversary there with parents and sister. If you want hustle and bustle and a variety of restaurants, it's a 25-minute drive to Binz. We will come back!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in einer ruhigen Wohngegend
The holiday home Uferschwalbe is a truly beautiful holiday home where you can spend a quiet and relaxing vacation, of course also with your dog. The garden is completely fenced so you can let your dog run around freely. The holiday home leaves nothing to be desired. When we arrived, the holiday home was in a tip-top condition, everything was clean. Everything you need for a vacation is available, the kitchen is perfectly equipped (with dishwasher, ceramic stove). Coffee machine, kettle, and above all, a lot of dishes and pots). The living room is cozy, with a nice couch, flat-screen TV, and a fireplace that can be fired with the provided free wood as desired. The three bedrooms are nicely furnished, the beds are top quality, and from the large bedroom with a balcony, you have a beautiful view where you can even enjoy wonderful sunsets. From the second bedroom, you have a beautiful view of the island Hiddensee. There are 2 bathrooms, one equipped with a bathtub and shower, and the other with a sauna and shower. From the dining area, you have a lovely view of the Baltic Sea where you can observe passing ships with the provided binoculars. The holiday home is just a stone's throw away from the beach. You can walk along the beach to the left and right and then return on the coastal path. The beach is absolutely quiet, you can let the dog run freely without worries. Our dog was thrilled. In about 3 minutes by car, you reach Dranske-Kuhle where there is a fish smokehouse with delicious fish at the harbor. Also highly recommended is the restaurant Schifferkuhle with tasty food. I could list more things here. So we liked it there and if everything works out, we will go back to the Uferschwalbe vacation home next year.
