The villa incl. boat is located on a 929 sqm canal plot in a central location in the southeast of Cape Coral.
Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in winter; even and especially in the summer you will feel comfortable here. In Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. Daytime temperatures in the fall do not drop under 20 - 23 degrees. In midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 -35 degrees. It is always a light breeze from the Gulf of Mexico.
