This house is located in one of the beach next Holiday parks in Holland Nieuwvliet- Bad Cadzand- between Bad and Breskens on the south western coast of Holland (Zeeland). The wide and well-kept sandy beach is good 200 meters and extending for kilometers in both directions. The house is fully equipped for 6 people, has a spacious living area on two levels with fireplace, loft, three bedrooms, terrace, garden and private parking. The quiet, spacious landscaped park offers a large playground, hotel with restaurant and bar, bakery, shop, bike rental, tennis courts.

In the park are among other things a service shop, a bakery, a hotel with restaurant and bar, a bicycle and cart rental, a large playground within, a snack bar, and tennis courts. An indoor pool, game room, indoor riding arena, laundry and a supermarket can be reached by bike in a few minutes. (Outside the high season not all facilities open at all times.)
The quiet holiday park is located directly behind the dunes on the North Sea and offers through its extensive landscaping with trees, hedges and shrubs a welcoming atmosphere.

Swimming in the sea, beach life, tennis, cycling and walking by the sea or in the picturesque polder country. From Breskens (8 km), which also has a marina and fishing port, you can take the ferry across the Westerschelde to Flushing. Particularly interesting sites are the medieval Hanseatic cities Bruges (35 km) and Gent (50 km), the exclusive seaside resort city Knokke (19 km), as well as the nearby town of Sluis and Aardenburg.

Pleasant accommodation
Unfortunately, we could only spend one week in this house during the summer holidays, as the rest of the time was fully booked. The house keys and information were sent to me very quickly. The house makes a pleasant impression, even though the shower room and toilet are small and there is no oven. The garden is also large enough and cannot be seen from outside. The leather couch shows signs of use, but it is very comfortable and cosy . Despite the high season, it was relatively quiet around.
We were able to spend a nice, relaxing holiday in this house and surroundings. Thank you

Sommerferien trotz Corona
Trotz der schwierigen Lage(Corona) konnten wir einen schönen Urlaub geniesen, das Anstehen in den Geschäften und Restaurants hielt sich in Grenzen.
Das Haus wäre noch besser mit Backofen und Toaster.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes, sauberes Ferienhaus in weitläufiger Ferienhausanlage. Die Schlafzimmer sind etwas kleiner, aber gemütlich und sauber. Die Ausstattung der Küche vollständig, nur einen Backofen gibt es nicht. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und die Buchung unkompliziert.
Insgesamt hat uns (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) der Urlaub sehr gut gefallen. Gerne wieder!

Familienfreundlich
Wir waren jetzt schon zum 2. Mal in Nieuwvliet Bad. Das Ferienhaus liegt ruhig und ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Zum Strand waren es nur ca. 7min zu Fuß. Die Ausstattung ist prima und die Umgebung gut geeignet für Kinder.
Nochmals vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Holiday home with charm
We stayed there for a week and felt very comfortable. The location is ideal - you can walk to the beach in 5 minutes. The beach itself is very clean, our children had a great time there
The holiday home complex is quiet and pleasant, there is a playground for children
The house itself is clean and tidy, we liked the maritime décor. A sterile white interior would definitely not have suited us
There are 3 bedrooms, one of which has a loft bed. Our baby travel cot that we brought with us had enough space in this room.

Sehr erholsam!
Schönes Ferienhaus in sehr guter Lage. Der Ferienpark ist gepflegt und ruhig.
