The name chicken godthus for our house, came to us quickly. A chicken god (a stone with a hole) is supposed to be a lucky charm for people. For us it is a great luck to own a house in this beautiful place. With a lot of heart and love we have designed and furnished the domicile with personal touches and accents.
This should also be noticeable for our guests. Not just functionally furnished, but inviting you to feel at home. Everyone who enters our house should enjoy the time and relax from everyday life
For us, this place is a true place of longing.

The Hühnergotthus holiday home, for max. 4 people, is located in the quiet village of Lancken (Dranske) in the north of the island of Rügen. Nestled between the Wieker Bodden and the Baltic Sea, the location is very well suited for excursions in the north of the island. The famous Cape Arkona, for example, is only about 20 minutes away by car. The relaxing location, near the Kreptitz Heath, is well suited for nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet. The coasts and beaches invite you to hikes, bike tours or sports activities at any time of the year. The nearby cliffs offer fine sand but also structurally rich conditions. Ideal for hunting amber, thunderbolts or chicken gods.
