Welcome to holiday home Eijlander Egmond! We are glad that you are interested.
We have been renting successfully since 2015 through other sites and hundreds of guests have already gone before you! We are rated 4.76 / 5 from more than 120 reviews. This makes us extremely proud!
Detached holiday home on the border with Egmond aan Zee. The beach is 1500 meters away. Maximum 4 people (2 +2). Almost everything has been renewed in recent years. And as the guests say: it is spotlessly clean!
The additional costs are 40 euros for the final cleaning and 2.60 euros tourist tax per person per night (from 4 years old, rate 2026).
We ourselves live in front of the holiday home (distance +/- 25m so privacy for both :)). We are a family with 3 children. Nathalie has lived here her whole life. If you have any questions, you can always walk by and ring the bell.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located on the border of Egmond aan den Hoef and Egmond aan Zee. Opposite our house are the bulb fields, which are beautifully in bloom in April/May. Cross the road and you enter the forest and dunes. Behind our house you will also find the endless dunes. North of Egmond you can cycle through the dunes to Bergen (aan Zee), Schoorl, Petten, etc. In the south, you reach Castricum, Heemskerk, or Wijk aan Zee via the dunes. You can enjoy walking or running here. Many people use the mountain bike. Super! Please remember the access permit for the dunes. We have 2 ready for you. Children up to 18 years are free. In case of loss of the card, we charge you 18.00 euros per card.
The supermarket, bakery, fish shop, butcher, and cheese/nut specialty store are 400m away in Egmond aan den Hoef. The center of Egmond aan Zee is 1,000 m away. Here you will find cozy restaurants, terraces, and the shopping street. The beach is beautiful in all seasons. In the summer, you can also take surf/kite lessons.
The bus stop is 300m away and the train station is 5km (Heiloo).
Several beautiful villages and cities can be reached within an hour's drive. How about:
Bergen (5km) artists' village
Alkmaar (7km) including the cheese market
Haarlem (40km)
Amsterdam (40km)
At 300 meters there are 2 public charging points (TotalEnergies) at Egmonderstraatweg 18 for your electric car. At 200 meters there is a small playground with a grassy field, at the height of Egmonderstraatweg 34 (by the windmill)

Sweet holiday cottage located on the edge of the dunes with good amenities. The contact with the landlords was very friendly and accommodating.

Great accommodation
We felt completely comfortable in the little house. Everything needed for a short vacation was there. The landlords were really nice and helpful. The location was perfect and shopping options were nearby.

We are Fam Eijlander. We are both born and raised in Egmond. Nathalie has lived in the house in front of the holiday home all her life. We bought it from her father in 2015 and have completely renovated and modernised the holiday home over the years. We are proud of the result. We ourselves love the beach and our surroundings.
