Welcome to holiday home Eijlander Egmond! Thank you for your interest.
We have been renting through other sites since 2015 and hundreds of guests have gone before you! We are rated with a 4.73 out of 63 reviews. This makes us enormously proud!
Detached holiday home on the border with Egmond aan Zee. The beach is 1500 metres away. Maximum 4 persons (2 +2). Almost everything has been renewed in recent years. The house has a digital TV with German, English, French and Arabic channels.
The modern living room has a tiled floor with underfloor heating. The kitchen is equipped with 4 zone electric cooking, combination microwave (bake bread). Filter coffee machine and kettle.
Downstairs you will find the bright and new bathroom with toilet.
The staircase leads to the upstairs bedroom. Here you will find a comfortable double bed (2.00 x 1.60) and 2 folding beds (1.90 x 80). It is a large room with a sink and mirror. The beds are made (bed linen included)
The holiday home is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. This keeps it neat for you!
The holiday home can be accessed via the alley and you have your own terrace (3 x 4 m) incl. furniture.
Please note: you rent a holiday home, so no breakfast etc. You need to bring your own towels etc.
In July and August we only rent Saturday-Saturday.
We are proud that so many guests have preceded you. And as the guests say, it is spotless!
The additional costs are 30 euros for final cleaning and 2.10 euros tourist tax pppn (from 4 years, rate 2023)
We ourselves live in front of the holiday home (distance +/- 25m so privacy for both :)). We are a family with 3 children. Nathalie has lived here all her life. If you have any questions you can always walk by and ring the bell.
Other:
-The car park is for 1 car. If you come with 2 cars, the second car can be parked in the public car parks nearby.
-After 10pm, it is quiet. Think of the neighbours: they think of you too.
- Check-in (can be done contactless) after 3pm and before 9pm). Check out before 10 am.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located on the border of Egmond aan den Hoef and Egmond aan Zee. Opposite our house are the bulb fields, which bloom beautifully in April/May. Cross the road and you come into the woods and dunes. Also behind our house are the endless dunes. North of Egmond, you can cycle through the dunes to Bergen (aan Zee), Schoorl, Petten, etc. To the south, you can reach Castricum, Heemskerk or Wijk aan Zee via the dunes. Sander runs hard here every week, and lots of people use the mountain bike. Super! Do you think about the ticket for the dunes? To be bought online or at several shops in the village or at the entrance to the dune area.
The supermarket, bakery, fish shop, butcher and cheese/nut specialty shop are 400m away in Egmond aan den Hoef. The centre of Egmond aan Zee is 1,000 m away, where you will find cosy restaurants, terraces and the shopping street. The beach is beautiful in all seasons. In summer, you can also take surf/kite lessons.
Bus stop is 300m away and train station 5km (Heiloo).
Several beautiful villages and towns can be reached within an hour's drive. How about:

We are Nathalie and Sander Eijlander. Married and have 3 children. We are both born and raised in Egmond. Nathalie has lived in the house in front of the holiday home all her life. We bought it from her father in 2015 and have completely renovated and modernised the holiday home over the years. We are proud of the result. We ourselves love the beach and our surroundings. Who wouldn't want to live or holiday in Egmond!
