This lovely house with swimming pool is situated in a small Istrian village, Kavran, 9 km southeast from Marcana and 13 km from Pula. Beach is 10 minutes drive away. Closest restaurant is in a small village called Krnica, 5 km from the house and grocery shop is in a village Pavicini, 2 km distant. Peaceful countryside, fenced closed courtyard with olive trees, swimming pool and roofed terrace with big fireplace make this house an ideal choice for your next vacation. House is modern and fully equipped for maximum six people. It provides three double bedrooms. Living room is combined with kitchen and has an exit to the beautiful terrace with swimming pool and deck chairs. Kitchen is fully furnished with all the necessary equipment. House provides three bathrooms. Whole house is air conditioned. You also have washing machine, TV/SAT and WiFi. Bed sheets and towels are included in price. Parking is in house courtyard. Pets are also welcomed (extra cost). Guests also have 4 bikes in price.
NOTE: not suitable for groups of young people. A security deposit in the amount of 200,00 EUR must be left and will be returned on the last day in case everything is in order.
