Villa Sweet Mailin is located in the southwest of Cape Coral in the popular Beach Pkwy area. From here, many shopping possibilities, restaurants and the well-known marina Cape Harbour are only a few minutes away. Enjoy the Florida sun all day long in this charming, quietly situated villa thanks to the south-facing terrace by the large pool with beautiful views of the wide channel with boat access to the Gulf of Mexico. Two kayaks are available for our holiday guests to explore the area from the water.
The villa offers three bedrooms (1 king bed, 2 queen beds) and two bathrooms, providing ample space for a total of six holiday guests. There is also a separate office with a desk, chair and a sofa bed, so there is room for one more guest. A foosball table is also available here for young and old.
The master bathroom has a corner bathtub, large shower and double sinks. The two guest rooms share the second bathroom with a large shower and access to the pool area.
The large kitchen with open living area and large dining table invites to social gatherings. For cosy barbecue evenings, a gas barbecue is available on the terrace. End the evening with a delicious drink in the seating area with fireplace on the pool deck and enjoy the sunset with its incomparable colours!
Boat rental is recommended!!! In Florida you don't need a boat licence and the boat you rent from us is moored directly at your own boat dock, e.g. to go to the beaches around Sanibel and Captiva! Dolphins are guaranteed. You will find the boats to choose from directly under the location map after the description. You can then select the boat you want directly in the booking.
Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Smoking is also only permitted in the outdoor area.

Cape Coral is known as the Venice of America because of its countless canals. From Fort Myers airport about 30 min and from Tampa 2 hrs to the house. 2.5 hrs to Orlando with its many parks such as Sea World, Disney World or Universal Studios. 1 hour south via Naples to the Everglades. Cape Coral has its own small beach with Yacht Club. The most famous, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or Captiva Island can also be reached in 35 min. There are many shopping facilities in the area. The next big supermarket and other shops can be reached by car in 5 min. Big shopping mall and outlet stores in 20min. The water park Sun Splash is in the immediate vicinity. Cape Coral is located between the beautiful islands of Captiva, Sanibel and Pine Island. Discover the Caribbean-like white sandy beaches.
