The flat has two separate bedrooms, one with a 90x200cm bed and a large bedroom with a 180x200cm double bed and large TV, where you can also set up a travel cot for small children.
In the living room there is a cosy couch with a large TV and a seating area for 4 people (high chair available on request)
The daylight bathroom with shower, WC and washing facilities offers everything you need.
The spacious, bright kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle etc.
The covered balcony is the perfect place to wind down in the evening.

Location and surroundings of object
Pretty much all the infrastructure is available in the immediate vicinity.
A shopping centre (Nah und Frisch) is only 2 houses away. A bakery and a supermarket are within walking distance (400m). Gastronomic offers, a petrol station, public transport, a pharmacy, the hospital and a nice large playground are within a radius of max. 700m.
Various excursion destinations can be reached from here. You can take the ferry from Petkum to Ditzum to eat fish. The centre of Emden invites you to go shopping. At the Delft there is the possibility to make a harbour tour.
Other popular excursion destinations are the fishing village of Greetsiel, the Pilsum lighthouse, the Otto Huus, the armoury in the town hall, the leaning tower in Suurhusen and the art gallery in Emden.
In bad weather, it's worth visiting the Friesentherme swimming pool, which boasts a large sauna area, a sports pool, a non-swimmer's pool and a play pool for the little ones.
The Emder Wall is also just a stone's throw away, where you can go for long, relaxing walks or get some exercise.
There is also an indoor playground for children, the Oki Doki.
Water sports fans are in just the right place on the Emden canals. You can hire paddles or pedal boats at the water tower and drift along to your heart's content.
The ferry to Borkum departs from Emden.
The other East Frisian islands are also ideal for day trips, such as Norderney, Juist, Baltrum and Langeoog.
You can take a leisurely stroll along the Knock and enjoy the view of Defzijl.
The seal breeding centre in Norddeich and the Waloseum are also worth a visit.
