vielen Dank für die freundliche Bewertung.
Unser in ruhiger Privatstraßen, aber dennoch in Stadtnähe gelegenes Ferienhaus ist von einem 1600 qm großen grünen eigenen Garten umgeben. Dieser bedarf eines Pflegeaufwandes, der an einem halben Tag zwischen dem Gästewechsel allein nicht zu schaffen ist und somit manchmal auch während der Anwesenheit der Feriengäste ausgeführt werden muss. Allgegenwärtigkeit würden wir das aber nicht nennen.
Die Ausstattung unseres Hauses ist auf eine Familie mit 2 Kindern ausgelegt und nicht auf 3 Erwachsene ausgelegt. Dies ist in der Beschreibung des Ferienhauses angegeben und darauf haben wir als Vermieter bei Buchung explizit hingewiesen. Wir bedauern es sehr, dass Sie deshalb die Ausstattung unseres Hauses nur mit 3,5 bewertet haben.
