Very nice and spacious apartment in a quiet side street. Equipment top. Cleanliness top. Parking directly in front of the house. A pleasant 13-minute walk to the marina. We felt very comfortable. Would book this apartment again anytime!

Hello office team, thank you for asking, we have arrived home safely again. Unfortunately, we were not so satisfied with the service this time. Right upon arrival, the TV set did not work. Mr. Grünert made an effort twice in person, unfortunately without success. On the 10th day, I had another phone conversation with Ms. Kubert. Thanks to her efforts, shortly after, the company Fernseh Paradies came and was able to provide a solution. Our stay, it was the 9 at the harbor edge, is somewhat marred by the tenant in the lower apartment. Unfortunately, the gentleman has the habit of letting the lawn mower robot run all night, this year 2x. This also caused sleep disturbances for me in 2024. Perhaps the landlord or landlady could discuss this with the tenant. The wildlife might also be pleased about it. Best regards, Ursula Weber
