It features a sea view from each corner of the property, from each bedroom, and from the living area. Villa Dolac can accommodate 8+2 guests.
The Outdoor area offers a private and heated pool 7m x 5m, an outdoor Whirlpool (Hot-Tub), an outdoor shower, 8 sun deck chairs and a covered outdoor dining area with barbecue (gas). The views from the pool area are on the village and on the sea, and the nearest pebble beach is only 150m from the property offering a crystal clear Adriatic sea and the most beautiful sunset views.
The Ground floor area offers a living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and with direct connection with the outdoor dining and pool area. The living room is very light and stylish, offering a comfortable sofa, LCD TV, USB Stereo system, Air-conditioner, fireplace, and glass walls toward the pool. A fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities that a modern guest needs for a very comfortable stay (dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, coffee machine, a toaster....) and a dining table with glass slide doors toward the pool and amazing sea views. A Finnish sauna for two people with air conditioning, a shower, and a direct exit toward the outdoor Whirlpool. There is also a separate toilet.
The First floor offers 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and each with amazing and open sea views. Bedroom No1 (South-East) with a king-size bed 180cm x 210cm, a sofa bed, a TV, en suite bathroom with shower, a balcony with outdoor furniture. Bedroom No2 (South) with king-size bed 220cm x 210cm (can separate into two singles 110cm x 210cm), a TV, en suite bathroom with shower. Bedroom No3 (South) with king-size bed 220cm x 210cm (can separate into two singles 110cm x 210cm), a TV, en suite bathroom with shower. Bedroom No4 (South-West) with a king-size bed 180cm x 210cm, a sofa bed, a TV, en suite bathroom with bathtub, a balcony with outdoor furniture. There is also one playroom with air conditioning and table soccer.

Villa Dolac is located in Dolac village, near Primošten (3km) the most picturesque seaside village in Croatia, between the old cities of Šibenik (24 km) and Trogir (35 km). The largest city in this area is the famous town Split (60 km) with its great historical attractions. Primošten is one of the most popular tourist resorts in Dalmatia and ranks among the most picturesque small towns on the Adriatic, with a number of typical Dalmatian narrow streets in the old town core on a small, hilly peninsula. It is famous for its beautiful beaches and its rich tourist offer. Apart from nice beaches, there are various sports and recreational opportunities (tennis, table tennis, yachting, beach volleyball…), many restaurants and taverns with rich gastronomic offerings on Dalmatian traditional dishes. Primošten is famous for its local red wine Babić which is produced from the autochthonous wine sort in the famous vineyards of Primošten, located in the rocks.
