Villa Grandeca offers, with its exquisite architectural style and furniture made from natural and high-quality materials, the following layout:
* The outdoors: There is a heated, infinity-style private swimming pool measuring 64 square meters (14.9 x 4.3 meters) with hydrotherapy and a shallow area equipped with two deck chairs for the ideal refreshing experience. The chlorine-free pool water provides the ideal environment for a soothing swim, a sundeck with seven deck chairs, and an outdoor shower. The outdoor area includes a heated infinity pool for private use, measuring 64 square meters (14.9 x 4.3 meters), featuring hydrotherapy and a shallow area equipped with two loungers – for the ideal refreshing experience. The chlorine-free pool water provides the perfect environment for a relaxing swim. In addition, there is a spa area that offers a gym, a sauna, and a massage area. A 28 sqm gym with a multi-functional device, an ergometer, and Pilates equipment. Adjacent is a 29 sqm wellness area with a Finnish sauna and a hot tub (Hot-Tub) overlooking the pool and the islands. A separate toilet is also available. The first floor offers a media room (game room) with a pool table, a kitchenette (countertop, bar stools, glasses, sink, and a refrigerator for drinks), air conditioning, a TV, a PlayStation 5 console, and a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed for two people.

Bedroom No. 3 (23 sqm) with king-size bed (180 cm x 200 cm) + sofa/daybed (for one person), private bathroom with shower (5 sqm), air conditioning, TV, sea view, and balcony.
Bedroom No. 4 (18 sqm) with king-size bed (180 cm x 200 cm), private bathroom with shower (5 sqm), air conditioning, TV, sea view, and balcony. A laundry room is also available and offers a washing machine, dryer, and ironing supplies.

The natural, rocky Mediterranean setting of Villa Grandeca and the breathtaking views of the sea and surrounding islands make it the ideal place for a quiet retreat in a secluded area. Yet, it is only 3.5 km to the nearest beach and to the beautiful, lively coastal town of Rogoznica, 3 km to the nearest store, and 3 km to the nearest restaurant. Primošten, a well-known coastal town, is 7 km away and is definitely worth a visit. Wonderful views of Rogoznica; 28 km to the well-known city of Trogir; 34 km to Split Airport; and 55 km to Split, a city known for its significant historical sites. Nearby, you will find some of the best Croatian wineries, and you can book a boat tour with a skipper, go on a fishing trip with a picnic, dive in Rogoznica, rent bicycles, or simply explore the surrounding area (the host will give you more information upon your arrival).
