The beautiful Mediterranean, modern and fully equipped villa was completely transformed from an old Istrian barn into a facility with high comfort. The villa is located near the center of Pula, yet far enough away to feel like you are in another time and part of the Istrian rural way of life.

The house has an aesthetically integrated indoor garden, allowing you to enjoy the herbs and their scents during your stay. The nearest beach is just a 10-minute drive away. The pool has massage jets, making swimming in the hot summer months more pleasant and relaxing. The house was renovated in 2017, but retained the old Istrian "trick." Enjoy your outdoor stay by the pool, the Mediterranean garden, the grill, and other facilities.
