The house has an aesthetically integrated indoor garden, allowing you to enjoy the herbs and their scents during your stay. The nearest beach is just a 10-minute drive away. The pool has massage jets, making swimming in the hot summer months more pleasant and relaxing. The house was renovated in 2017, but retained the old Istrian "trick." COVID-19 Cancellation Policy: Within 30 days before arrival, a refund of the reservation is possible only if restrictive measures imposed by national governments, which relate exclusively to the COVID-19 virus, also apply to vaccinated persons. The term “measure” is understood to mean that vaccinated persons must also undergo quarantine (self-isolation) for a certain period of time when entering Croatia or returning to their home country. A refund also applies in the event that a guest becomes infected with the COVID-19 virus 7 or fewer days before the arrival date. Refunds are issued in the form of a voucher that the guest can use exclusively on the Istra Vacation website for future reservations, and no later than 2 years from the date of issue. The amount of the voucher that the guest will receive corresponds to the amount paid to confirm the reservation for which the refund is now being granted.
