We have converted our old barn into four identical holiday apartments for families "Valentina, Sofia, Valentina, Camelia" and recently renovated the "Emma" apartment in the old courtyard.
The new renovated "Emma holiday apartment":
Ground floor apartment two-room apartment (65 sqm), consists of a bedroom with double bed (190x160) and single bed (190x80) with linen, wardrobe and door; a living room with equipped kitchen with dining table, chairs and sofa bed (190x140), a bathroom with window, sink, bidet, toilet, mirror, towel and shower without cabin.
On the lawn in front of the garden pool there are enough sun loungers, some parasols, chairs, tables and a swing.
The farm's products are available to our guests.
The farm's products are mainly corn and red wine as well as seasonal fruit and vegetables. Guests can use these too.

Location and surroundings of object
Straight from the farm, the new bike path on the Mincio River (Peschiera-Mantova) direckt from the house. We offer our bikes for adults and children.
In the Near Amusement for families Gardaland, Sealife, Garden Park Sigurtà, Caneva World water park, Movieland. The typical Italian Farmhouse from 1900 located in the moraine hills of the nature reserve of the Mincio Park.
We are only a few minutes away from the major tourist places like the Garda lake with its leisure and cultural activities and of the medieval towns of Mantova and Verona.
The property is a typical stone farmhouse, which located in the countryside around Volta Mantovana, in a small village on a hill km from the site. It is surrounded by greenery and nature in the midst of moraines south of Lake Garda on the banks of the river Mincio (about 500 meters).

The dogs are generally allowed (Euro 15,00 per week). When leaving the apartments, these are not to be left alone. Outside the Appartaments (on the estate), the dogs must be kept on a leash.
