Description
We have our old barn converted into four new identical holiday apartments for families.
Groundfloor or Erte Floor Apartament Two bedroom apartment with wooden beams (45 sqm) is composed by a double (160x190) -and- bunk bed (80x190), wardrobe, linen and door.
A bathroom with window, sink, bidet, toilet, mirror, towel and shower.
A kitchen with Sofàbett (double bed 160x190). The kitchen is equipped with gas hob and electric oven, refrigerator and freezer, crockery and a dining table.
Seating is in front of the apartments on the terrace or the balcony and in the grape arbor in the yard.
On the lawn in front of the garden pool there are plenty of sunbeds, some beach umbrellas, chairs, tables and a swing.
The products of the farm are available to our guests.
The products of the farm are mainly grain corn and wine and fruit and vegetables of the season. Guests are allowed to use this.

Location and surroundings of object
Straight from the farm, the new bike path on the Mincio River (Peschiera-Mantova) direckt from the house. We offer our bikes for adults and children.
In the Near Amusement for families Gardaland, Sealife, Garden Park Sigurtà, Caneva World water park, Movieland. The typical Italian Farmhouse from 1900 located in the moraine hills of the nature reserve of the Mincio Park.
We are only a few minutes away from the major tourist places like the Garda lake with its leisure and cultural activities and of the medieval towns of Mantova and Verona.
The property is a typical stone farmhouse, which located in the countryside around Volta Mantovana, in a small village on a hill km from the site. It is surrounded by greenery and nature in the midst of moraines south of Lake Garda on the banks of the river Mincio (about 500 meters).

Authentic Italy on the farm
We stayed with our daughter (8 years old) on Angelo's wonderful farm. Right on the first evening our daughter made friends with other children and together we fed the animals and explored the farm. Angelo is a very pleasant and kind landlord, always helpful and we enjoyed drinking his house wine with him. The flat is clean and there is everything you need! The distance to the lake is worth it, because the very special atmosphere on the farm compensates the way. Shopping facilities are nearby and we can only recommend a tour with the bicycles. In conclusion, the three of us had a wonderful holiday with Angelo!

Corto Canale Virgilio: Short Channel Virgilio
We were only there for 4 days and felt very comfortable. Angelo is a perfect host. We have never been to the south of Lake Garda before and wanted to test it out. The accommodation was a bit further from the lake than expected, but it was very quiet and we were able to discover the hinterland. Beautiful days, definitely not the last time.

To describe it with a quote from our three-year-old son: "I love Angelo." The hosts are really incredibly nice, accommodating, and helpful. The apartment is very clean and well-equipped. Many beautiful destinations can be reached by car in about 30 minutes. We had a very nice and relaxing holiday and can only recommend the accommodation.

Beautiful holiday apartments, perfect for a vacation with children.
We spent 2 weeks on the farm with our two small children and really enjoyed our time there. The landlords are very nice and helpful :-). The apartments are clean and well equipped. We felt very comfortable and used the time to explore the surrounding area. In this region, there is a well-developed network of bicycle paths, beautiful cities, great nature...and of course Lake Garda.

We were 4 adults with a big, lovely dog and bikes. We really enjoyed it! Your parents were very nice and always attentive. I also want to thank you again for the many tips for trips and restaurants and for always taking the time to answer our questions. The apartment was sufficient for 4 people and equipped with everything you need for a few nice and relaxing days. I especially liked the view from the terrace of the beautiful picturesque farm, which is so lovingly and stylishly decorated. We will gladly come back!

Eine wunderschöner Urlaub
Hello,
we spent a little over a week on the farm. All in all, you can really feel comfortable there. Since there are 4 apartments on the farm, our children quickly found playmates.
The landlord was always there for us. He cares a lot about the well-being of his guests.
Whether it's the shared bottle of wine for the welcome or the daily check of the pool water.
On the farm, you can get fresh eggs and wine from their own production. There is a grill available, you can use bicycles (not the newest, but absolutely okay for short tours). There is a market with fresh goods nearby every day. The apartment is fully equipped, and if something is missing, just ask. We had a great holiday.
