All apartments have private entrance and a comfortable living room with kitchenette, 1 to 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and toilet, satellite TV with international channels, air conditioning, internet WiFi. Yet this: a rich buffet is served every morning in the beautiful breakfast room directly in the yard. This exquisite resort is located in the beautiful Moränenhügelland near Peschiera on Lake Garda, on a 4,500 sqm plot. The lakeside Peschiera del Garda and Sirmione are removed in about 10-12 minutes. Freedom, space, tranquility, only about ten minutes away from main cities of Lake Garda Desenzano, Sirmione, Peschiera, about 30 minutes only there are the famous cultural cities such as Verona, Mantua, Brescia. Even Milan and Venice are within easy reach in a day. Amusement parks such as Gardaland, Caneva World or the botanical garden Sigurtà Park, the largest in Europe, is also located in the immediate vicinity. THE MEDIEVAL CITY CASTELLARO LAGUSELLO Located just 15 minutes from the southern lake and the mass tourism, lies the medieval village of Castellaro Lagusello. The small village is part of the municipality of Monzambano and is home to one of the finest medieval fortifications in Italy. The name Castellaro Lagusello literally means - the fortress on small lake. Below the castle is the lake of the same name. He is an important nature reserve. Holger's 60th birthday party
From September 30th, 2023 to October 3rd, 2023, I was allowed to celebrate my 60th birthday with many friends (60 people) in the facility and the associated restaurant "La Pesa".
It was the perfect location and celebration for me and all my guests, just as I had imagined it for my 60th birthday.
Getting the rooms, breakfast, and the entire facility for exclusive use were the perfect conditions for the celebration.
In advance, I was able to discuss and coordinate my wishes and ideas with Guido and Tiberio, the owner of the facility. Tiberio and his whole team were extremely helpful and exceeded my wishes and expectations. The support of all the employees on the premises during these days was sensational and very friendly. They always had an open ear for our small "special requests," like with the bar.
Chef Luca and his entire kitchen crew spoiled us gastronomically the day before and prepared incredibly delicious food for the actual celebration, providing perfect service with Luigi. The price-performance ratio was top-notch!
These were unforgettable days for all of us and a very special birthday celebration that will remain in our minds as a lasting memory.
Dear Tiberio, once again, from my side, a heartfelt thank you to you and your entire team for this unforgettable celebration. It was a blast for me!
We will definitely see each other again!

Top event location for a dreamy birthday.
We celebrated a round birthday. The support from Guido was perfect in advance. The homeowner is very nice and takes care of all concerns excellently. We rented the entire yard to be undisturbed. The rooms are clean, tidy and equipped with everything you need. The breakfast is typically Italian and a dream. The two service staff are very attentive and make perfect coffee and top service. Unnoticed, they clean the rooms and ensure order and cleanliness throughout the yard. The owner's restaurant is simply top. Super delicious food, he had put together a princely menu for the celebration and the music in the restaurant (Saturdays) is top and perfect for any celebration and also for a nice evening for two. The prices in the restaurant are super cheap compared to the restaurants at Lake Garda. The small town invites you to stroll and is also worth a trip for those interested in culture. Thank you very much to Guido, Tiberio and Diego for the great days.

Beautiful

Pure relaxation!
If you want a vacation away from the hustle and bustle, this is the perfect place, we found it absolutely relaxing and enjoyable on this farm. The pool is not very big and is more for refreshment, but for us, it was absolutely sufficient. Breakfast could be enjoyed on the farm and it was always very fresh. Our dog was also allowed to roam freely and didn't bother anyone. It was like every year, a very nice vacation with the best landlord Guido there is :-)

Einfach nur schön!
Die Anlage, das ganze Castell und das La Pesa sind einfach nur schön. Die Apartment sind einzigartig und alles ist Top gepflegt. Frühstück und Personal sind sehr freundlich und erfüllen jeden Wunsch. Pool ist absolut ausreichend immer gereinigt. In der näheren Umgebung und am Gardasee kann man soviel anschauen und unternehmen das eine Woche gar nicht reicht. Die Wege sind nicht weit, Gardasee max. 10 Min. mit dem Auto.
Und Hund war auch kein Problem.
Keine Kritik, aber ein Verbesserungsvorschlag: die defekten Liegen sollten ausgetauscht werden und ein zweiter Pavillon mit Sitzlounge wären cool. Wir hatten keine Probleme da es sehr ruhig war und die meisten Gäste den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren. Wenn aber alle Gäste so faul gewesen wären wie wir, hätte es schon eng werden können:).
Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub
Die Anlage ist in einem sehr schönen kleinem Ort, fern von dem Tourismus. Wir haben den Hof Uccellanda zur Alleinnutzung gebucht, und waren somit unter uns. Das Personal, die Zimmer, der italienische Flair, es hat einfach alles gepasst. Herr Guido ist sehr bemüht, das sich die Gäste dort wohl fühlen und das ist ihm in unserem Fall sehr gelungen. Man sieht sich immer 2 x im Leben, bis bald :-)

Erholung in einem wunderschönen Ambiente
Das Anwesen Hof Corte Uccellanda ist einfach bezaubernd. Der Innenhof ist wunderschön gestaltet. Hier hält man sich gerne, auch am Pool mit tollen Liegen, auf. Das vielseitige Frühstück schmeckte in dieser schönen Örtlichkeit besonders gut. Unsere Ferienwohnung war großzügig gehalten und sehr schön eingerichtet. Das kleine Dorf Castello Lagusello ist richtig malerisch und es gibt gute Restaurants direkt Vorort. Der schöne Hundestrand Bracco Baldo Beach ist 15 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt. Das gesamte Personal der Ferienanlage war sehr nett, besonders Herr Guido war schon vorab im Schriftverkehr überaus zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns als Familie mit Hund sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Wohneinheiten ab vom Trubel des Gardasees - aber nahe genug um in 15 Minuten dort zu sein.
Ideal um zu entspannen.

Ein unvergesslicher Urlaub
Wir haben die anlage von einem freund(Guido) empfohlen bekommen und haben dort 2 wochen zeit verbringen dürfen
Die anlage erscheint von ausen eher unscheinbar aber innen super sehr sauber und gepflegt das Frühstück lässt keine wünsche offen und die ansprechpartnerin vor ort erledigt wünsche sehr schnell und spricht mehrere sprachen
Zum See sind es 14 km dann ist man in Laziese und hat einen herrlichen strand fals der Pool einem nicht reicht ;-)
Das Restaurant ist 2 min fussweg und zu empfehlen
Für radfahrer ist die gegend sehr sehenswert viele berge und schöne Landschaft
Einzig negative das W-Lan ist schwach im signal und mit telekomm ist dort kaum empfang aber dann kann man einfach mal entspannen ohne das alle paar sekunden ein händy klingelt :-)

Einfach toll!
Wunderschöne Anlage sehr ruhig und trotzdem zentral gelegen.Alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Schon bei der Buchung hab ich mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. An der Stelle danke Guido.Sehr geräumige, schöne Wohnung.

Sehr idyllisch, individuell und freundliche Betreuung
Etwas abseits vom südlichen Gardasee, rund 15 Autominuten.
Ein wunderschöner Innenhof, mit wenigen ausgewählten, großzügigen Appartements, die alle sehr originell eingerichtet sind, mit allem, was man braucht, modern und gepflegt.
Einzig ein Schrank oder Kommode für die Bekleidung der 3.+4. Person fehlte im EG, dabei würde ein Schränkchen wunderbar unter die Treppe passen.
Super ist auch der abgeschlossene Parkbereich, den man selber per Schlüssel öffnen kann.
Auch Abends ein herrliches Ambiente im Hof, mit der Beleuchtung und manchmal dezenter italienischer Musik (bitte mehr davon!). Einfach zum relaxen.
Leider haben am frühen Morgen die Tauben auf dem Dach fleißig “Guten Morgen“ gegurrt....was der Sauberkeit keinen Abbruch tut, aber dem Ausschlafen durchaus.
Also raus aus den Federn und im Hof gemütlich das kleine, feine Frühstücksbuffet genießen, und auf Wunsch gibt es frischen Cappuccino und Espresso für uns Eltern oder Kakao für die Kinder.
Fahrräder standen bereit, aber dafür war es uns einfach zu heiß im Sommer.
Den Wellnessbereich haben wir nicht genutzt/gesehen.
Der Pool ist zwar sehr klein, aber ausreichend für eine kleine Abkühlung zwischendurch.
Das kleine Dorf Castellaro Lagusello ist super süß und sauber, wir wähnten uns fast in einer Filmkulisse.
Ein einmaliges Erlebnis war das Abendessen im Restaurant La Pesa nebenan, mit Live-Musik.
Tagsüber haben wir mit dem Auto den Gardasee erkundet und viele schöne Städtchen besichtigt, wo man ausgiebig flanieren, shoppen und baden kann und Abends bei Sonnenuntergang das leckere italienische Essen in zahllosen Restaurants und Bars genießen kann.
Das wlan war kostenlos, aber sehr schwach, fast nicht zu nutzen.
Guido und Silvia betreuten die Gäste immer hilfsbereit und freundlich.
Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Eine Oase Nähe Gardasee mit Stil
Ein klein wenig abseits der Touristenströme liegt diese liebevoll eingerichtete Apartment-Anlage in einem traumhaft schönen Dorf. Alle bekannten Top-Locations am Gardasee sind schnell zu erreichen, aber man hat mit dem Hof Uccelanda immer einen ruhigen und sehr schönen Rückzugsort. Das Personal, allen voran Sylwia (unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend) und Guido, ist sehr sehr nett. Der Aufenthalt ist völlig relaxt und ungezwungen. Man bedient sich zwischendurch selbst am Zapfhahn oder an den Kühlschränken und schreibt einfach auf. Alles da. Verschiedene Weine, Kaltgetränke, Bier vom Fass ;)
Das Frühstück ist, wie schon in den anderen Bewertungen abgegeben, sehr reichhaltig. Das Rührei war perfekt....und ich bin da sehr wählerisch.
Die Apartments selber sind alles andere als 0815, sondern sehr liebevoll gestaltet und ziemlich individuell in die verschiedenen Häuser des Hofes integriert worden. Dazu tipptopp sauber und werden, wenn man mag, täglich gereinigt.
Wie auch schon beschrieben, kann man im benachbarten Lokal, La Pesa, gut und günstig essen. Das Rinderfilet mit Pfeffersauce ist total lecker, riesig groß und für 15€ in einem unschlagbaren Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Alles in allem eine sehr runde Sache und 6 schöne Urlaubstage.
Absolut empfehlenswert.

Alles Bestens
Wir verbrachten fünf Tage in dieser wirklich sehr schönen Unterkunft. Die Appartements waren top ausgestattet und sind je nach Thema stimmig eingerichtet. Die Geschäftsleitung und das Personal waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, besonders wenn man anderen italienischen Standard gewohnt ist. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist optimal für Ausflüge zum Lago, nach Verona oder in die vielen Freizeitparks am See. Empfehlenswert ist auch das zum Corte gehörende Restaurant La Pesa, welches nur 200 m von der Unterkunft entfernt ist. Hier isst man sehr gut und vor allem auch noch günstig. Wir kommen wieder. Definitiv.

Kurzurlaub am Gardasee
Wir waren in der Zeit vom 28.06. bis 02.07. 2017 bereits das zweite Mal dieses Jahr auf dem Hof "Corte Uccelanda". Das gesamte Anwesen ist absolut traumhaft. Jedes Appartement ist sehr geräumig, hat sein eigenes Flair und eine liebevolle Ausstattung. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und sehr reichhaltig. Das gesamte Team ist sehr sehr freundlich, aufgeschlossen und hilfsbereit. Zum Abendessen ist das dazugehörige Restaurant "La Pesa" mit dem singenden Wirt Diego immer ein Erlebnis. Die Speisekarte ist reichhaltig, die Speisen sind sehr schmackhaft. Durch die Entfernung zum See (ca. 20 min. bin Peschiera, Sirmione oder Desenzano) ist man auch nicht immer im Touristentrubel und kann im Corte Uccelanda seine Ruhe finden. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Familienurlaub
Wir 2 Familien mit Kindern, waren über Ostern auf Uccelanda. Alles hat prima geklappt,Guido hat uns super betreut und dann an Silvia ,die gute Seele des Hauses übergeben. Wir hatten schöne großzügige Appartments. Tolles Wetter und gutes Essen. Das Dorf ist so schön klein und schnuckelig, man ist dem Massentouismus des Gardasees entkommen, kann aber trotz allem die Nähe dazu genießen. Für den tollen Pool im Innenhof war es leider noch zu kalt. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder.
Vielleicht als Anregung, ein kleiner Spielplatz. oder Sandkasten für Familien mit kleinen Kindern super.

Einfach nur wunderschön ...
Wunderschöne Erinnerungen, die sich nur schwer in Worte fassen lassen ... es hat einfach alles gepasst ...
Angefangen von der herzlichen Betreuung, dem reichhaltigen Frühstück, dem Design der Zimmer ... dem ganzen Flair der Ortschaft .......... einfach herrlich ....
Das nur wenige Schritte entfernte Restaurant La Pesa, (mit wirklich ausgezeichneter Küche zu fast unglaublich günstigen Preisen) haben wir auch regelmäßig genossen ........
Es war einfach nur wunderschön ...
... wir kommen sicher wieder .... freu' mich schon d'rauf :) ...........

TOP Unterkunft sowohl für Gruppen als auch für Familien
Wir waren mit einer Schulklasse und hatten den Hof Uccellanda zur Alleinnutzung.
Am Morgen ein schönes abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbuffet und am Abend ein sehr leckeres Abendessen im La Pesa ... was will man mehr :-)
PErfekt organisiert und betreut wurde der komplette Aufenthalt durch Guido und Silvia direkt vor Ort. Ein dickes Dankeschön nochmals dafür.

Wunderschöner Familienurlaub
Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie 8 Tage im Hof Uccellanda. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Sehr schönes Frühstücksbuffet, viele kleine Ristorantes im Ort und eine excellente Betreuung durch Guido und auch Silvia vor Ort.
Die Nähe zu diversen Attraktionen wie Gardaland, Parco Sigurta und Verona machen den Hof Uccellanda sehr attraktiv.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

einfach nur genial
Wir durften unsere Hunde mitbringen und alle waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend ! Das Dörfchen ist Beschaulich mit Castello und netten kleinen Lokalen. Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet mit Küche.
wenn man von Ausflügen an den Gardasee , Verona, Venedig usw. wieder nach "Hause" kommt ,hat man totale Ruhe und ein Schöner Pool zum entspannen! Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangreich in einem wunderbaren Frühstücksraum/e. Auch mega-Toll für Familien mit Kindern !
