HOF UCCELLANDA is a cozy holiday complex located in the medieval village of CASTELLARO LAGUSELLO, consisting of 13 different and independent apartment units, with private swimming pool, outdoor solarium, fenced park.
All apartments have their own entrance and a comfortable living room with kitchenette, 1 to 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and WC, SAT TV with international channels, air conditioning, internet WiFi.
They are located on the ground floor, first or second floor and are equipped with exclusive furnishing solutions.
Additionally: a rich buffet awaits you every morning in the beautiful breakfast room directly at the estate.

This exquisite resort is located in the beautiful Moränenhügelland near Peschiera on Lake Garda, on a 4,500 sqm plot. The lakeside Peschiera del Garda and Sirmione are removed in about 10-12 minutes. Freedom, space, tranquility, only about ten minutes away from main cities of Lake Garda Desenzano, Sirmione, Peschiera, about 30 minutes only there are the famous cultural cities such as Verona, Mantua, Brescia. Even Milan and Venice are within easy reach in a day. Amusement parks such as Gardaland, Caneva World or the botanical garden Sigurtà Park, the largest in Europe, is also located in the immediate vicinity. A great company event in a beautiful facility.
We spent a very nice company event at the Uccellanda estate. In advance, Guido and the team made great efforts to accommodate our wishes, so everyone felt very comfortable, and we were able to spend a completely successful week at Lake Garda. The Uccellanda estate, Castellaro Lagusello, and Lake Garda are truly a beautiful spot on Earth and contributed to a creative and harmonious atmosphere. A big thank you to Guido and the entire team at the Uccellanda estate. Everything was perfectly organized and the entire team was very accommodating and attentive!

Holger's 60th birthday party
From September 30th, 2023 to October 3rd, 2023, I was allowed to celebrate my 60th birthday with many friends (60 people) in the facility and the associated restaurant "La Pesa".
It was the perfect location and celebration for me and all my guests, just as I had imagined it for my 60th birthday.
Getting the rooms, breakfast, and the entire facility for exclusive use were the perfect conditions for the celebration.
In advance, I was able to discuss and coordinate my wishes and ideas with Guido and Tiberio, the owner of the facility. Tiberio and his whole team were extremely helpful and exceeded my wishes and expectations. The support of all the employees on the premises during these days was sensational and very friendly. They always had an open ear for our small "special requests," like with the bar.
Chef Luca and his entire kitchen crew spoiled us gastronomically the day before and prepared incredibly delicious food for the actual celebration, providing perfect service with Luigi. The price-performance ratio was top-notch!
These were unforgettable days for all of us and a very special birthday celebration that will remain in our minds as a lasting memory.
Dear Tiberio, once again, from my side, a heartfelt thank you to you and your entire team for this unforgettable celebration. It was a blast for me!
We will definitely see each other again!

Top event location for a dreamy birthday.
We celebrated a round birthday. The support from Guido was perfect in advance. The homeowner is very nice and takes care of all concerns excellently. We rented the entire yard to be undisturbed. The rooms are clean, tidy and equipped with everything you need. The breakfast is typically Italian and a dream. The two service staff are very attentive and make perfect coffee and top service. Unnoticed, they clean the rooms and ensure order and cleanliness throughout the yard. The owner's restaurant is simply top. Super delicious food, he had put together a princely menu for the celebration and the music in the restaurant (Saturdays) is top and perfect for any celebration and also for a nice evening for two. The prices in the restaurant are super cheap compared to the restaurants at Lake Garda. The small town invites you to stroll and is also worth a trip for those interested in culture. Thank you very much to Guido, Tiberio and Diego for the great days.

Pure relaxation!
If you want a vacation away from the hustle and bustle, this is the perfect place, we found it absolutely relaxing and enjoyable on this farm. The pool is not very big and is more for refreshment, but for us, it was absolutely sufficient. Breakfast could be enjoyed on the farm and it was always very fresh. Our dog was also allowed to roam freely and didn't bother anyone. It was like every year, a very nice vacation with the best landlord Guido there is :-)
