We had very nice vacation days here. The accommodation left nothing to be desired. The little house is modern and functionally furnished. The Wi-Fi and Siri contributed to keeping us from getting bored during bad weather. One does not have to miss out on their series. There are TVs both upstairs and downstairs. At night, the lawn mower robot scurries through the garden. The beautiful terrace invites relaxation through its tranquility. No noise, nothing. The area is great for cycling, there are storage options for bikes. The stairs up are steep, but you don't necessarily have to go up, as there is also a bedroom downstairs. The key handover and how the technology works was done excellently by Ms. C. Willms, a very lovely woman. Oh yes, those who want to cook there will find pots and a frying pan. The journey home to Bavaria was very difficult for us, but we had made a stop in Thuringia. Thank you very much for allowing us to stay in your little house.

Great holiday home

We were three in the great holiday home. Nothing was missing; everything you need was there. Even our motorcycles were safely parked under a carport, and there was even a charging station for electric cars. Beds were made, towels were in the bathrooms; as I said, everything was top-notch. The landlords were very friendly. We would love to come back to take beautiful tours along the dikes. Thank you again.

Great holiday apartment (house)

We were four of us for 4 days in the house. 2 couples. The equipment is top, everything you need for living was available. Even a grill was at our disposal. Everything we found in a clean condition and without any defects, even the beds were made and there were enough towels ready. The landlords were very nice. Key handover and instruction went smoothly, as did the return of the keys. If there is anything to criticize at all, but it's probably a matter of opinion. We missed some storage space for clothes and the workspace on the kitchenette is small, and to get to the first floor you have to go up a steep staircase. For generally healthy people, not a problem, but it is difficult for small children or those with limited mobility. Otherwise highly recommended.

We felt very comfortable in this very modern and cozy furnished house from the beginning.
Already during the booking process, the contact with the landlords was very warm and they were always available immediately when questions arose.
The furnishings are very functional, everything you need for a vacation. The apartment is also technically well equipped.
The house with the beautiful garden is located in a quiet street, so nothing stands in the way of a restful sleep.
Breakfast on the terrace and the day begins.

The Wilms holiday home has everything you need and much more. The house is stylishly and modernly furnished and offers a feel-good place to relax after long day trips. We spent New Year's Eve here and found it wonderful! The house is very clean, has everything you need from crockery to oven and microwave. The house is furnished with great attention to detail and the beautiful accessories put you even more in the North Sea mood

We had a successful turn of the year and the best view of the fireworks, which we could see on the horizon through the skylights. In addition, the modern, stylish and highly standardised furnishings ensured that we did not miss home very much. Willms vacation home, super nice house and very friendly landlords. We can 100% recommend it.

The holiday home is modern with many extras and very cozy. We felt very comfortable, even in contact with the landlords. It is very suitable for families and couples, but not so much for disabled people due to the stairs in the house. There are many beautiful excursions in the surrounding area, a car is necessary, cycling is good. We were able to sleep well, the beds are comfortable.
A successful short vacation for us. Thanks to the Willms family.

Perfect for young families!

We were with our 2-year-old son in the lovingly and modernly furnished vacation home. Since the garden is completely enclosed, he could move around freely without us as parents having to constantly chase after him. The equipment included everything you need for a vacation, and we also found the additional offer with Netflix access and the modern control with the iPad and ambient lighting great. The cleanliness was top-notch, the beds super comfortable, and the available vacuum cleaner as well as all cleaning supplies were great.

The holiday home is located on a quiet little street, and it is not far to the bathing lake "Großes Meer" (about 10 minutes on foot). Shopping options like groceries were right in the next village, and it took about 15 minutes by car to the larger cities like Emden or Aurich. For us as a family, it was a wonderfully beautiful and relaxing vacation. We can only recommend the holiday home of the Wilms family, as the contact beforehand was also uncomplicated and super friendly. We wish the Wilms family many more bookings, and we are already looking forward to 2023 ;-)

Great, modern little house for a relaxing vacation.

New and top-modern equipped little house in a perfect location for day trips, enjoying the day in the garden, or just relaxing at home on rainy days. Our daughter was completely fascinated by Siri, from whom she kept asking for jokes. A nice gimmick are also the controllable ambient lights. Super friendly landlords. We really have nothing to complain about and would recommend this little house at any time...

Wonderful little house in a great location

Super-equipped holiday home in a very quiet location, open and bright, and the large sea is within walking distance.
Great friendly landlords.
Waking up in the morning to the birds and (currently) the geese is delightful.
There is a very spacious bathroom, as well as enough space for four people.
I would book again at any time.
The house is technically modern (Wi-Fi, Home Pod, and a charging station for electric cars is coming soon).
