Villa Ajda consist of 2 floors. On ground floor there is apartment of 130m2 with 2 bedrooms (each airconditioned), big bathroom, toilet, living room with kitchen with exit to the terrace and pool.
On the 1st floor there are 2 studio apartments and 1 one bedroom apartemt. Each apartment has balcony and 2 apartments have a sea view.
In garden is heated pool of 35m2 and outdoor kitchen with barbecue place.

Villa Ajda is placed in quiet part of Stinjan distance to the sea just 500m and distance to the city center of Pula is 6km. It is surrounded with Mediterian vegetation. Many sights like the National park Brijuni, the Roman Amphitheater and other monuments form Roman times are just few kilometers faraway.

Great holiday home with everything you could wish for.
The villa is somewhat aging but is very well equipped with everything you need, and especially the outdoor area (pool, garden, barbecue area) is great. If anything was missing or defective, Mr. Ilic was immediately on hand to solve the problem. The layout into different apartments and large common areas is also excellent. The beach, bakery, mini-market, and a few restaurant options are within walking distance.

Perfect all around ?. Very nice house, great location, wonderful host.
We were a group of 13 friends. Half adults, half teenagers. The house is very nicely located not far from Pula and Fasana. In the village (Stinjan) there is a small supermarket, a bakery, and a restaurant. The house itself is very clean, spacious, and even has air conditioning. The temperature can be adjusted. The pool is large and was maintained and cleaned several times a week. There is a terrace at the house and next to the house, there is a barbecue area with a gas grill, a garage (e.g. for bicycles) as well as another separate bathroom.
A carport covered with kiwi and vines is also located at the house.
Another highlight is an inconspicuous garden gate. Through this, one can walk through a forest to the "Lost Bay Beach Bar." A magical place in a quiet bay with crystal clear water. There, you can enjoy drinks and also small snacks.
Special thanks go to Cedo, the manager of the villa. He was always helpful, very pleasant, and always had good tips ready, e.g., where to buy olive oil best, etc.
We would love to come back and missed the villa and Cedo and and and as soon as we were back home.

Quiet location, magnificent outdoor area with barbecue place/outdoor kitchen and large pool.
We were three families and had plenty of space – both in the house and in the outdoor area. In the lower area, there is enough space for communal meals, while upstairs there are small kitchenettes with refrigerators available. Dinner can easily be taken outside, as there is a gas grill as well as an outdoor kitchen with a refrigerator and sink.
The furnishings of the rooms are not modern anymore, but absolutely fine. Fast Wi-Fi was available everywhere. Behind the fence in the driveway, there are sufficient parking spaces available. The beaches are conveniently reachable on foot. Mr. C. Ilic was always available and provided us with excellent support. Thank you very much!

Great house
A great house with 4 separate apartments, ideal for a group. Sea view in the upper 2 apartments. Quiet location. Wonderful pool and garden area. Outdoor toilet and showers. We had a lovely vacation as a large family in this beautiful house! The large lower apartment was very well equipped. The upper apartments lacked kitchen utensils such as sharp knives, bread knife, strainer, coffee machine, pans, etc. We were able to help each other by borrowing things from one another. We look forward to being able to come back to this great house again someday.
