Your payment is also not due until 4 weeks before the start of the rental, because we trust you! No payments due immediately after booking.
Charming brick holiday semi-detached house +Gesche+; for year-round living.
Built in 1997/98, living area approx. 56 sqm.
Free Wi-Fi as a service (not very fast in Aurich, therefore provided as a "give-away" – fiber optic ordered, we hope for availability in 2024). Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed and a bunk bed.
Additionally, two travel cots for babies are available; mattresses and covers are suitable for allergy sufferers.
Modern maintenance-free underfloor heating throughout the house, wood-burning stove in the living room,
modern fitted kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, new microwave, top energy-saving refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine (filter),
kettle and toaster and dishes etc. in complete equipment.

Here is the translation to English: from conclusion of contract up to 30 days before the start of the rental: 10% of the total rent from the 30th day to the 10th day before the start of the rental: 30% of the total rent from the 10th day until the start of the rental: 50% of the total rent after the start of the rental: 100% of the total rent plus any incurred additional costs. If a re-rental is possible, this will of course be taken into account, so we recommend getting in touch as early as possible. From our point of view, it doesn’t get any fairer than this!
