If you need peace and quiet from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, want to enjoy nature, in the garden or on long walks, through woods and meadows, smaller areas of heathland, need exercise, cycle through enchanted villages or simply want to spend time with family and children in the garden or on the beach at the nearby Hössering reservoir, then you have come to the right place!
The small house is located in the tranquil heath village of Suderburg (UNIVERSITY LOCATION).
The house is located on a small forest plot close to nature with a terrace with garden furniture, and a barbecue is at your disposal. In the garden you can enjoy the sun or find shade under old oak trees. The property is approx. 600 m² in size and is in an absolutely quiet location at the end of a dead-end street. Shopping facilities and restaurants are within walking distance.
Parking
There is a parking space on the property for our guests. Bicycles, roof racks and the like can be stored in a shed on our property.
Arrival
If you travel by train to Suderburg station, we can offer a shuttle service for the 2 km by arrangement. Rental cars are also available.

Vacation firecracker-free or quiet
The house has aged quite a bit, as have the two sofas. There could be more cutlery so that one doesn't have to wash dishes daily, since a dishwasher is available. A microwave would have been nice as well. The light in the bathroom is so weak that my husband cut himself while shaving because of it. The mattresses are very good, and all utensils such as coffee, coffee filters, paper towels, toilet paper, spices, etc. were available. As the landlord already said, the house is very quiet. However, we were only concerned about New Year's Eve, as we have a fearful dog. It was hell, from around 3:00 PM to 2:00 AM there was continuous fireworks from the streets in front of the cul-de-sac where the house is located. I cannot recommend this house for tenants with dogs that react to fireworks. The landlord was very helpful because the TV didn't work at first.

Completely satisfied
For us, the location was perfect, a very quiet residential area. From here, small hikes can be undertaken in the nearby surroundings, or one can drive to hikes in the North or South Heath. The bungalow is well equipped with everything one needs. Mr. Wartemann had set up the internet anew upon our arrival to also enable television reception. We didn't need it; we preferred to sit on the terrace in the evenings. There was nothing to complain about regarding cleanliness. All in all, perfect.

New Year's Eve suitable
For our dog, it was a dream. In the days before New Year's Eve, there were hardly any firecrackers. On New Year's Eve, there were a few more, but they were very limited in time. Finally, a relatively relaxed New Year's Eve. The garden was great for frolicking.

Beautiful surroundings, unfortunately very disappointed with the accommodation.
It is a beautiful environment, no question, the place is definitely worth a short trip. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the accommodation! The blankets and also the pillows had many stains; you didn't even want to put your own bedding on them. The terrace and the garden are simply unkempt; it really has nothing to do with a natural garden! The seating had to be freed from the green mold first, then there was fear that the wooden bench would fall apart! Everywhere in the house, there were hairs from people and animals, and a lot of dust. We didn't expect luxury, but cleanliness and a well-kept garden would have been great to simply relax and unwind. It's really unfortunate about the money we paid, and of course that we didn't feel comfortable in this holiday home. Let's see if I at least get my money back for the final cleaning, because it wasn't really clean upon our arrival.

Cozy dwelling and great surroundings
Quiet location in a great environment. My dog and I felt very comfortable and were able to enjoy the wonderful nature in the surrounding area. Worth a trip even in November.

We have been renting out our cosy Heidehaus for three years now and have had very good experiences. We are always pleased that holidaymakers have enjoyed staying in the house and have had a lot of fun. The furnishings, the cosy ambience in the garden and the proximity to the lake and the heath have always been positively praised. Shopping facilities and restaurants are within walking distance. The bungalow is situated on a 600 m² natural forest plot. Legung offers itself for worn out bicycle tours walks in the field and forest with dog, as well as visits to the open-air museum Hösseringen and the Hundertwasser station in Uelzen. Nature lovers will get their money's worth here. The historic specialist towns of Lüneburg and Celle are easily accessible by train.
