You can access the apartment on the 1st floor via a comfortable external staircase. Adjoining the wonderful winter garden is the spacious living room with a dining table and a cozy (sleeping) sofa. The small kitchen is modernly equipped and includes a 4-burner stove with oven as well as a microwave and dishwasher. Behind it are the bedroom with a double bed (which can also be separated) and the bathroom with shower/toilet. Games for adults and children, books, radio, TV, and information about the Suderburg area provide entertainment in the house.

Several restaurants are within walking distance in Suderburg. The public cafeteria of the Ostfalia University is also just a few minutes' walk away.
