Description

The Mühlenblick holiday flat with around 90m² is located in the pretty heath village of Holxen near Suderburg. You reach the flat on the 1st floor with a wonderful view of the countryside via a charming staircase.
In the spacious living/dining room, the many windows provide a view of the greenery. There is a large sofa and a spacious dining table. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2x2m). There is an adjoining walk-in wardrobe. The second bedroom has a sofa bed (1.50x2m) as well as a wardrobe and a desk. There is plenty of space for cooking in the fully equipped kitchen. You can take a seat at the cosy counter for a quick meal for two. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower facilities and a WC.

There is a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue in the spacious garden.

You can park your car on the property. A wallbox for electric vehicles is available and can be used by arrangement.

The densely wooded surroundings are not only ideal for picking mushrooms or blueberries. The Hösseringen museum village, the observation tower, the Rieselwiesen meadows and the water adventure trail are easy to reach by bike. Excursions to the Ellerndorf juniper heath, the Uelzen Hundertwasser railway station, the Esterholz lock, the salt and Hanseatic city of Lüneburg or the large leisure parks are easy to do by car.
