Small but nice - ideal flat for seniors, hikers and active holidaymakers who are on the go a lot during the day and are especially looking for inexpensive but cosy accommodation. This barrier-free flat offers modern comfort, peace and quiet and nature - far away but still close to the lively town centre. The Stryck Park, hiking trails, cross-country skiing centre and the Mühlenkopf ski jump are just a stone's throw away. It is about 1500-2000m to the lagoon adventure pool, ice rink, visitor centre, Ettelsberg cable car and the town centre.EQUIPMENT APARTMENT: Modern, tastefully furnished with good equipment and optimal room layout: - Living/bedroom with satellite TV, comfortable sofa and dining table.

The flat is located in Strycktal, Willingen's most beautiful location. The Stryckpark, hiking trails, cross-country skiing tracks and the Mühlenkopfschanze are just a stone's throw from the flat. The lagoon pool, ice rink, cinema, visitor centre, ski lift and town are about 1 - 1.5 km away. . WILLINGEN / Upland in the DIEMELSEE NATURE PARK: four-season holidays in the most visited holiday resort of the low mountain range. Willingen (550-843 m) is a climatic spa and winter sports resort; Its wide range of recreational activities is unique in Germany, which is why Willingen is equally popular with young and old with the slogan: Everything I want ! In NL Willingen is still more of an insider tip - as German guests, Willingen is more popular than Winterberg.

ATTENTION! The following year (after the Christmas holidays) can only be booked from July of the current year - no dates will be offered to you before then.

Additional price information:

All basic prices are for 2 people and include bed linen (beds made), towels and final cleaning. Our daily prices above mentioned are calculated for a stay of 4 nights!

Please note the following important information:

1. When making inquiries and bookings, please avoid arrivals and departures on Saturdays whenever possible, as we do not want to disrupt busy weekends. Instead of Saturday, please arrive on Friday or Sunday if possible.
For arrivals/departures on Saturdays, we charge a surcharge of €50, which is not shown in the price calculator!

2. We cannot offer discounts for Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, as cleaning staff receive a 100% wage supplement for working on Sundays and public holidays, as stipulated by collective agreement. This means that for Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, we always charge the base price per night specified for the respective season x7, even if a discount is calculated in the price calculator.

Further exceptions for arrivals/departures:
Ski Jumping (FIS World-Cup): Arrival only possible on Thursday/Friday (no arrivals on Saturday)
Carnival: Arrival only on Thursday/Friday Possible (not Saturday, Sunday, or Carnival Monday)
Easter: Arrival only until Maundy Thursday (arrival on Good Friday only possible with a minimum booking of 9 nights)
Easter: No arrival possible on Easter Saturday or Easter Sunday
Easter: No departure possible on Good Friday, Easter Saturday, or Easter Sunday
Pentecost: Arrival Thursday/Friday (arrival on Pentecost Saturday only possible with a minimum booking of 8 nights)
Pentecost: No arrival/departure possible on Pentecost Sunday!
Christmas Holidays: No departure possible on December 24, 25, 26, 31, or New Year's Day

You will receive the binding total price from us via email with your inquiry or booking. Upon booking, you can withdraw from the contract after receiving the reservation confirmation, provided you do not agree to the final price.

In addition to all prices, a tourist tax of currently €3 per person/night for guests aged 15 and over (as of 2024) will be charged.

Security Deposit:
A general security deposit of € 150 is required for this property.
The security deposit is payable along with the final payment no later than 14 days before arrival and will be refunded to you within seven to ten business days after departure.

Terms of payment:
- 20% deposit within one week of receiving the booking confirmation.
- Remaining payment up to 14 days before arrival

We were in the Gänseblümchen apartment over Easter. It is located in a quiet residential area and is a gem. Very lovingly and cozily furnished, with a well-equipped small kitchen, we felt very comfortable. The south-facing balcony with a view of the Skywalk delighted us every day. It is a good location to start hikes. An absolute recommendation, we would love to come back.

Very nice and cozy small apartment with attention to detail. Everything you need is there. Beautiful south-facing balcony with a view of the new suspension bridge also invited sunbathing in winter. We felt very comfortable and would gladly come back. We give a clear recommendation.

Great, cosy holiday flat

Very nice, cute holiday flat where you immediately feel at home.... Very clean and cosy. The inventory is as good as new and the flat is furnished with love. The location is very quiet. The bed and the sofa bed are very comfortable so I could sleep wonderfully. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired. Annoying packing of additional utensils, which are usually missing in the holiday flats (e.g. wine opener, sharp knife, kitchen towel, dishwasher tabs, spices, hairdryer etc.) can be saved here and just arrive and switch to holiday mode. To the ski slopes (e.g. E.g. Ritzhagen) it is 5 minutes by car, to the town centre just 3 minutes..... We felt very comfortable, would love to come back and can therefore recommend it without reservation......
