Our newly renovated and lovingly furnished holiday flat for up to 6 people welcomes you in Staffel, a district of Limburg only 3 km from the city centre. The flat is located in a quiet residential area, directly on the Limburg Lahn cycle path and invites you to relax. Our holiday flat is located on the top floor and has 2 loggias. Look out of the skylight and enjoy a magnificent view of the cathedral.
The flat, with direct access to the A3, is ideal for tourist holidays for two or also with children - cyclists, motorcyclists welcome. Business travellers and fitters will also find the location of our holiday flat an ideal location. A parking space on the property is reserved for you. Further parking possibilities in the immediate vicinity. THE APARTMENT The 100 m² flat offers a large living room with dining area, 3 bedrooms, an eat-in kitchen and a newly renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower. It has electric shutters. 2 bedrooms are equipped with a double bed. A special highlight is the original furnished farmer's bedroom. In another bedroom there is a single bed. In the living room, another person can sleep on a sofa bed. The flat is located on the 2nd floor and has 2 loggias, which create a bright and friendly atmosphere in the rooms and invite you to eat, drink and linger. From the loggia in the living room, you have a beautiful unobstructed view of the field and Limburg Cathedral. The second bedroom has another loggia. From here you have a beautiful view into the greenery. Smoking is only permitted on the loggias. Please understand that pets are not allowed.
