The nice thing about a holiday apartment is that you are free and independent and can feel at home. And feeling at home also depends, among other things, on the location, furnishings, and equipment of your holiday accommodation.
Here is a loose, unordered list of additional furnishings, equipment, or other information. All windows have shutters, mostly with motors, except for the two bathrooms and the large leaded glass window. You have free and super-fast Wi-Fi throughout the premises, smoke detectors where required as well as additional smoke detectors in the basement and a carbon monoxide detector. Fire extinguisher and first aid kit available. All rooms, except for the two bathrooms and the foyer, are equipped with smart TVs. A nostalgic radio provides you with music using long-forgotten playback options such as CDs, cassettes, and records. However, you can also play your own songs via Bluetooth. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, freezer, concealed microwave, dishwasher, eye-level oven, induction cooktop, lighting for the upper cabinets, blender, electric kettle, coffee machine, Senseo pad machine, espresso machine, egg cooker, toaster, coffee pots, teapot with warmer and tealights, extractor hood, four bar stools, dishes for twelve people with cutlery, pans, pots, bowls, extensive glassware, dish towels as well as dishes and cutlery for the little ones. There is also a large basic supply of spices, vinegar, oil, salt, sugar, flour, coffee, milk, etc.

You will enjoy having a wide selection of chilled drinks readily available in the summer; the glass-door bottle refrigerator in the dining room for self-filling is a dream in summer.
For small children there is a baby chair, high chair, step stool, potty and toilet seat, changing mat, baby cot, etc. Of course, upon your arrival the beds are freshly made and for each guest there are 2 towels, 1 washcloth, 1 bath mat (for bookings up to three days) provided, after which a towel change takes place. For a one-time rental fee of ten euros you will receive a bathrobe, as well as various additional types of pillows such as side sleeper, neck, knee pillows, etc. In summer, you can comfortably enjoy the end of a beautiful day with a glass of wine and a view of the Limburg Cathedral in a small group on the lower or upper balcony.
Of course, you are also welcome to sit together in our outdoor seating area on the private parking lot behind the house and, for example, cater for yourselves perfectly using an electric or gas grill.
Naturally, it goes without saying that smoking is only permitted outdoors. A true gem
We were as a family with our adult children and their partners in this gem. Already upon entering the "entrance hall," one feels the special nature of this apartment. The furnishings are tastefully chic and suitable for the ambiance of these old rooms with great attention to detail. The bedrooms are all decorated in a very beautiful way, each differently. Those who want complete darkness for sleeping will find it just right here. Each room has electric shutters, which is pleasant even in sunlight. The star kitchen absolutely deserves its name. We have rented many vacation apartments, but the equipment of this kitchen is particularly special. Dishes and cutlery are sufficiently available so that you don't have to turn on the dishwasher after every breakfast. All other kitchen appliances and utensils that you know from home are also available. The contact with Mrs. Baum was very pleasant; she inquired during our stay whether everything was still okay or if we needed anything else.
Conclusion: A great vacation apartment, would love to return and definitely recommend it.

Dream House
The house is elegantly furnished with many Art Nouveau elements.
The kitchen has everything you need, all top-notch!
In the dining room, there is a beverage fridge, which is simply perfect.
The foyer invites you to a small pleasant break.
The bedrooms are wonderfully designed. You really sleep very well in the beds.
It's a pity that the bathroom on the first floor can only be accessed through one of the bedrooms. With closed windows/roller shutters, you can sleep undisturbed at night. The house is located on a busy street.
Everything is new, clean, and well-maintained.
If something is missing, the landlord is always reachable.
The old town can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

Could not have been better. For an international table soccer tournament in Limburg and then such a fantastic lucky find with the apartment! Great advice and support from the host. Weekend trip

Girlfriends' vacation
Mrs. Baum is a very accommodating host who has thought of everything one might need. The special apartment offers a lot of space, and the sleeping areas are very generous. Right in front of the house, there are parking spaces, and in just a few minutes, you can be in the beautiful old town. All in all, we felt very comfortable. Thank you very much!

City jewel.
We spent a fantastic family weekend in a lovingly restored Art Nouveau house. The special atmosphere there was very beneficial for all of us (3 generations). The good coordination with the landlady also contributed to this. Her courteous manner and the amenities left nothing to be desired.

City palace
Very stylish and well equipped. Very comfortable for 7 people. We felt very comfortable. The location is convenient for the city center. The exterior is less appealing. Main street in front, parking spaces in the back. The parking spaces are very practical.

So ändert sich die Welt. Früher war dies die Prachtstraße von Limburg, heute die Hauptstraße. Und die Parkplätze hinterm Haus sind natürlich, wie sie selbst geschrieben haben, sehr praktisch.
Da Urlaubsgäste in der Regel sich jedoch den ganzen Tag außerhalb aufhalten wird die Hauptstrasse eigentlich gar nicht großartig bemerkt, und die Gäste fühlen sich durch die Einrichtung und Ausstattung der Wohnung sehr wohl worüber ich mich sehr freue.
