The detached holiday home with its own private pool is located on its own private property near the beach for exclusive use. The property is fenced, and a parking space is available for your car within the property. The two-story house is divided into a living-dining room with satellite TV, internet via WIFI, and air conditioning, from where you also have access to the furnished terrace and the pool. The open kitchen features a counter and is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine, toaster, and coffee machine. A double bedroom with access to the terrace and a bathroom with shower and toilet are also located on the ground floor of the house. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and air conditioning. On the upper floor there are two more bedrooms, one is furnished with a double bed and has a small sun terrace, the other has two single beds and its own balcony. These bedrooms are also equipped with air conditioning, so you will enjoy a restful sleep here even in the summer months. The air conditioners can also be used for heating the rooms on cooler winter days instead of cooling. A bathroom with shower and WC is also available on this floor. The double beds are 1.35 m and 1.50 m wide, the single beds are 0.90 m wide. Sun loungers are available for you. Pets up to max. 10 kg are allowed.
The beautiful, kilometer-long sandy beach is only 600 meters away, the nearest restaurant is about 300 meters away. Shopping facilities are about 700 meters away. The city center of Denia is about 4.5 km, on the way there you will find numerous other restaurants and bars as well as sports and entertainment options. A large golf course is also only a few kilometers away.
