As enthusiastic Florida fans, we have been drawn again and again in recent years to the beautiful Cape Coral. After renting several houses, the desire for our own vacation home eventually arose. No sooner said than done. When we entered “Villa Maui” for the first time, it was immediately clear to us: if we buy a house, then this one. Here, we felt at home from the very first moment.

Villa Maui was built in 2019 in a quiet location directly on a canal with a desirable southwest orientation. Look forward to dreamy sunsets with a wonderful view over the water and enjoy pure relaxation in a stylish setting. Villa Maui Amenities

Villa Maui is quietly situated directly on a wide canal in a purely residential area in the southwest of Cape Coral.
The nearest shops (Publix and Walmart for daily needs) and numerous restaurants are within easy reach.
The gorgeous beaches of Sanibel Island and Captiva can be reached after only half an hour's drive
Cape Coral is also called the Venice of Florida. Due to the numerous canals, the houses are quiet
Fort Myers (only a few minutes away) with its intern. It is also called the 'City of Palms' because of its long palm avenue. Here you will find restaurants, shops and beautiful houses. Orlando with its amusement parks is 3 hours away by car, Miami 2.5 hours, the Everglades about 30 miles.
The urban area of Cape Coral has a size of 298.1 km². The city is divided into four large squares: Northwest (NW), Northeast (NE), Southwest (SW) and Southeast (SE).
